I’ve had some of the best pizza in San Francisco (Double Zero) Los Angeles (Masa), Chicago and Italy, and now I’m adding this little pizza trailer from Boise, Idaho to the list of the best. The Wylder is very good too, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression. The toppings at Fire Giant’s are gourmet, the meats are brined in beer, the sauce is made with beer, and the crust is fantastic. It’s chewy and hearty with bits of beer grain… brilliant. I’ve had three of these pizzas already and can’t wait for more. The Apple Pig is my favorite.
