Friendly efficient outgoing staff and I’m there so often they know my name without asking and we laugh! Quick service and really good food in all I have tried. I notice children love and wear the hats! Sometimes it seems building to small at rush times. Healthy food choices I like!👍😊

Parking: Never have had a problem getting a parking spot even when establishment very busy!

Second time that we have had a problem with pricing. The first issue was that they would not honor a coupon that they e-mailed us. Now they charged us $3.00 more per sandwich because they said it was more expensive to order on line for pick up.
Buyer beware.

Went to Firehouse Subs for the French Dip Sub. It was worth the trip and money! So good!! (I had it on wheat bread and no grilled onions.)

Never eaten here before. Ordered the medium club on a sub with a gluten free bun. Paid $11.97. Texture of the bun was really nice. Flavor was good. Very much enjoyed.

I visit this place often because the food is good, and the staff is always quick and friendly. However, the only downside is that they request tips before the food is even made. It's quite tacky that fast food places now ask for tips. They should remove that option from the payment screen. If people want to tip, they can leave cash if they feel inclined to do so.

Been waiting over half an over for a single sandwich and a side of chilli. App said it was ready so I came to pick it up, and still waiting for a single sandwich.

Food is always good. A little slower than some sandwich places if you're in a rush otherwise I'd pick this place more often.

The food is good and yummy but over-priced for what you get. The dining area is cold and sooo small, don't plan on enjoying your meal here-take it to go. The staff never seem very happy to be here. I still continue to eat Firehouse because it is tasty and close to my work.

Went in to order and there was already a customer in there trying to get someone's attention but there wasn't an employee in sight. This customer had to go behind the counter to the back to get someone to come out. After leaving with my order I found that it was lacking 60% of the sub. I got the new york steamer and it was missing the pastrami, provolone, mustard, and Italian dressing. It was literally corned beef and mayo on a bun. Terrible service, terrible quality! And these places have the audacity to ask for a tip! HAHAHA

Firehouse makes great sandwiches but this location is notorious for forgetting to put bacon on them. I don’t know if it’s being short on staff … or just training. It’s happened 3X’s now in the last 4 visits (this year). I was still in store and caught it two of those times and notified them. I was just given a few slices of cold bacon to place on my hot sandwich which is disappointing. They couldn’t even be bothered to warm it up I guess.

The only time I have ordered on the APP Bacon was also left off and I was just SOL because I went home. I don’t trust this location for accuracy of orders and Meridian is only 2 minutes further so I would go there instead. Verify your sandwich is correct before you leave if you do use this Firehouse

First time in. Everyone loved their subs. I had a salad and it was surprisingly super yummy. Krystal made our food and thanked us for coming in. She was very sweet!
