I had a bad experience at Five Guys. It was my first time there, and I wasn’t familiar with how their ordering system worked. I just wanted a regular cheeseburger, but when the cashier asked about toppings, I didn’t realize she meant everything that goes on the burger. I only said ‘mustard,’ thinking it was an add-on. When I got home, I discovered my burger was just bread, meat, and mustard. The cashier wasn’t very friendly or helpful, which made the experience worse. A little more guidance would have made a big difference.

Cole and the crew at this location are truly spectacular!!! Their wonderful attitude is infectious and I enjoy every trip in to see these guys. My good is always excellent and boy do I love the Cajun fries. Best Five Guys I have ever been to. I will be back every week!
