It was a good food combined with good experience and good ambience . Only feedback I have is the salad was brought on a plate which had a news paper base . Considering there has been research on PFAs being associated with the paper bills and printed papers I would suggest to remove the paper while serving.
May be you are not aware . But hope to come back soon

Late in posting. My wife, our friends golden retriever, and myself loved the service and food. We were there a few weekends ago and it was a little hot out so we decided to rest and have a drink. I walked in and asked if we could have our dog on the patio with us.

We were very enthusiastically ushered to the patio by Faith and told to pick where we wanted to sit and where there was shade for the pup. A few minutes later, Faith brought out a bowl of ice water. The other employees came out to give the princess her dues and pets as they refilled her bowl with ice cubes and water.

The food was great. We had Bruschetta (they've upgraded it since we last were in) and a salad with chicken. Both items were amazing and the beer was refreshing.

Absolutely loved the friendliness of everyone as well as the food.

Zucchini Chips + Tuscan Chicken Pizza (server suggested pesto sauce option ??).
For a light lunch this was split amongst 3 people. Food was excellent. Server helpful and friendly!

I waited a half hour past the time this was supposed to be ready for a chicken Parmesan that looked like this. Totally burned and tasted like it. The kids meal chicken was burned too and the fries tasted like they’d been there for months. Ridiculous waste of money.

Disappointed with the appearance and service yesterday June 3. Patio area looked particularly grubby. It took almost an hour to get our food. Order never went into the kitchen until we queried the wait! Manager did give us a break on the costs. Table staff helpful but need some serious training.

From beginning to end, I would give this five stars. Sarah, our server, was phenomenal. Always checking on us and making sure we were taken care of. We tried the goat cheese appetizer, which was delicious. Thought it was a little pricey, but the food was delicious. Would definitely go back again. I love how they cut our little bread in the shape of a heart. The drinks were delicious as well. All around a great experience.

New owners of Flatbread in Bown Crossing seemed to have down graded the quality of ingredients. I have eaten at Flatbread many times over the years. One of my favorite meals was the tri-tip steak sandwich. The has been changed to a steak dip sandwich. The steak is described as a coulotte cut . Although, the both cuts are similar in taste, my coulotte was very tough. I could not bite through it. My side selection was a Ceasars salad. When you order any type of well known salad, you have a pretty good expectation of what you will get. I was very disappointed. There was very little salad dressing, a little romano cheese, bitter romaine lettuce and instead of garlic croutons, they were croutons sprinkled with red pepper. The new owners didn't make it better, they ruined it. I am not sure how the price of $10 to $20 per person was calculated, but my wife had a chicken salad and a beer. I had only the sandwich and we had an appetizer of calamari. Including the tip the bill was over $80.

We used to love this place, We would go all the time. Went there the other night and a margarita pizza that in December cost $17 now costs $20. That pizza was $14 one year ago. Shouldn’t have cost $20, the ingredients cost at most $.50. The menu is completely different now it’s supposed to be a pizza place and there is only six pizzas on the menu, there used to be more when there was the old ownership. Not to mention the awkward way of paying now where the waitress gives you a machine and you’re forced to give at least 20% tip. It’s awkward because they are watching you the entire time and they see what you select. This is going to hurt your staff because we will not tip anymore. As matter fact, I will not be returning. I’d rather make pizza home than be price gouged this way.
