Flying Pie Pizzaria-Fairview

We went in yesterday for the "birthday in April" free pizza deal and didn't even get the free pizza. They even verified his birthday. They didn't give us a receipt so that we wouldn't confirm. I pulled up their website and saw the prices we paid were not on sale. We will not be returning.

It's a cool little pizza place. Not the best ive had but it does ok.

The barkeep was awesome and let us try several taps to find what we liked. Also received a free small pizza for being an educator. Love this place!! The Zambini has been my go to comfort pizza for 25 years!!

When we arrived, we went to the counter marked "ORDER HERE", and the guy at the counter greeted us asked if we were picking up an order. We told him we were not, and hew handed us a menu, turned his back, mumbled something about looking over it, and being seated and they would take our order. I tried to tell him I knew what we wanted but he just walked off. We found a table, and then proceeded to watch him take orders at the same counter, and ignore us at the table. OK, so I go to the counter, and after a couple of minutes, some guy takes our order. A few minutes later we watch a server try to give away our salads to someone else. They refused, and after standing and being confused for a bit, she finally looked up, and saw us waving at her.
I am not sure what it was, our lack of tattoo's, no facial hair, or the lack of facial piercings, but they really didn't want to serve us.
So I guess this isn't a place to go if you just want dinner.

Hadn't been to the original location since I moved from boise. What a treat! It brought back so many fond memories of when I lived on the bench and we frequented flying pie. It was as fantastic as ever!

I have loved their pizza in the past. Ordered one back in May and it was great! this time not so much. It was delivered with way undercooked dough - very doughy. We were starving so dealt with it. But I did email them to let them know my online password wasn't working, and to let them know about the Crust issue. they responded about the password issue and ignored my feedback about the crust. I emailed them back again about it, but once again I got no response. They should have definitely given me some sort of replay and at least a partial credit back to use later. Not the type of service that makes people want to come back - especially when the pizza and delivery was was $36.
