This was our first time to Fork. It was very crowed as expected on a Saturday night but that was part of the great atmosphere. Our waiter was very friendly and came to our table to get our drink order fairly quickly, which we thing is very important. The food was very good although my husband had to ask for a bit more sauce for his short-ribs as they were just a bit dry. The waiter got right on that. The only thing missing was the fact we had no silverware until the food was brought and then we had to ask for it. Other than that, all was a great experience. We recommend this restaurant!

Great food and service! They were also very accommodating for our six month old who we brought in a stroller. They let use use a ramp that led into the restaurant where we were able to park the stroller and borrow a sling to set the car seat on during lunch. Thanks guys!

We ate outside which was wonderful, the food was very good - I had the crispy chicken salad without the crispy (grilled chicken)- the wait staff was attentive, and overall it was a very good experience.

We love Fork! It's one of the few casual yet upscale restaurants in Boise that offers a menu full of fresh, local ingredients. We recently had brunch there and i'll outline our meal... The asparagus fries are one of our favorite appetizers, their cinnamon rolls are HUGE, french toast sticks are basically dessert, eggs benny is some of the best in town, and their huevos rancheros is a nice twist on tradition. Their Frose is fun and fresh too!

Great brunch, my only complaint is that after we had ordered and the server left we found out about a brunch special listening to another server working with another group that a couple of us would have chosen. When we asked our server about it she lied and said it was a lunch special when the fact was it was an all day brunch special. As such I cut the tip. If she'd just acknowledged it and apologized that she forgot then it would have been okay. Other than that we enjoyed our meals.

I have been to Fork before and always liked it. I made a reservation to celebrate my 21st birthday and put it in the hostess notes. The host told me happy birthday then took us to our table. I told our waitress it was my birthday when I showed her my ID but they never acknowledged it afterwards and I didn't receive a dessert. I know a free birthday dessert isn't a requirement for a birthday but I would have preferred the server told us up front or we could have been told nothing would happen when I made the reservation and listed it as a birthday. I was very disappointed to celebrate a milestone birthday at a restaurant that doesn't celebrate birthday.

Highly recommend to those with a decent budget! I took my dad here as a birthday treat since he doesn't get out of the house much and we had a great time! The mood was very nice and felt both casual and expensive. I made a reservation ahead of time and was immediately taken to a table and promptly greeted by our server. He was very sweet and managed to hear me despite me being a quiet talker. Our drinks were perfectly mixed. The food came out at a decent time despite being a bit busy. The food was DELICIOUS! Even my dad, the ultimate picky eater, loved his burger. The ravioli was the best restaurant ravioli I've had in a long time, too. The gluten free brownie bowl is to die for too. Overall, this place is pricy but worth it for special occasions.

I got the steak salad and rosemary fries. My steak was overcooked and the fries tasted like they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. I heard this place was supposed to be good, but 1st impressions are not good.

We had an incredible experience at Fork! The food was delicious, the vibe was cozy, and the service was incredible. We ended up staying at the bar for our meal since the bartender was so amazing. 10/10 recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this “high-end“ restaurant. I have always wanted to try this restaurant and decided to treat myself and my children during our Boise weekend. I waited as the two parties ahead of me got seated immediately (without reservations). Upon looking at me and my two children, the hostess rudely asked if she could help me with something. I stated the obvious, yes, I would like a table for three. She looked at me and my children, immediately asking if we had a reservation. It was a Sunday around 1 PM. After responding, I did not, she said she would have to see if she could seat us. I was shocked at her unwelcoming attitude towards us after watching her cheerily seat the other tables. We were eventually seated in my dish, came with bacon that was grossly overcooked and old. Additionally, I was charged $17 for a kids meal, which online said it was $11. Rude service, substandard food, do not recommend!
Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and all of our friends told us wonderful things about the food , but when we got there, I was horribly disappointed. Fork is overrated. The salad that I ordered had very little toppings, but too much arugula and not enough flavor. A couple behind us ordered the same thing and the same response to their food. My boyfriend ordered the pesto BLT And there was barely anything on the bun. Lastly, The Parmesan rosemary fries looked like they might have been from McDonald’s with a sprinkle of Parmesan for all I know, but there was no taste of rosemary. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
