We had a 9:30 reservation. Earlier in the week we had a 5 star meal. This night was totally different. The tonic in my gin and tonic was flat so ordered something else. My husband had the trout again which lacked the perfect sear from earlier in the week. I had the short rib which was very good except the carrots were practically raw. If the kitchen can't support a late night reservation then don't take a late reservation.
The Fig Salad!! BTW it's giant, meal-sized or sharable with a table of 4. Braised boneless short ribs and Idaho Rainbow Trout were both delicious. But the piece de resistance was the Salted Caramel Bread Pudding - chef's kiss! Truly unbelievable - the best dessert over a 2.5 week vacation with great dining all over the state. Loved the ambience and decor. Out table service was stellar. Highly recommend checking out Fork when in Boise.
Service was marginal, the food was no where near as good as the first time I went there, would not go back
Delicious burgers. Best in the treasure valley. Service was great. Unfortunately prices have really gone up, but I guess that's everywhere. Now we only go once a year.
Food was a bit overpriced for the value. Great service and tasty drinks. Probably will choose a lower-cost option on my next trip to Boise.
Great night out! Good food and lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed the service and cocktails. Thanks!!!
Really enjoyed brunch! The BAM omelet with crunchy smashed potatoes was amazing. I will be back. Our server was attentive, prompt and took great care of us.
We sat on the patio which was a delight - the patio is beautifully decorated with plenty of flowers. The food was great, the patio was great. The server was nice, just a bit difficult to find when something was needed. The only thing I wouldn't order again would be the frose. It was simply a fruit ice cube with rose poured over - not like any frose I've ever had before.
The trout and BCS salad were very good. Good options offered to make dishes gluten free. Decent wine selection. Service was ok, but in all fairness, it was busy on a holiday.
Food and service was excellent. Roman our waiter knew the menu very well and took good care of us. Only complaint was a little noisy.

We loved our server, food and beverages! Fork's menu had numerous choices and was very gluten-free friendly. The only thing that made our experience less than perfect was the noise level. It was very difficult to carry on a normal conversation at our table because the volume of noise was quite high.
Got seated quickly and in a large booth! Probably the best house salad we have ever head with a buttermilk pesto dressing! That was just the beginning! Our mains were trout ans spinach ravioli, both great! and the bread pudding best ever! Our server was top notch as well! Casual ambiance but fun! Would highly recommend and we are foodies!
Everything from welcome to goodbye of our FORK experience was fantastic. We shared the fondue, asparagus, Southwest salad, and brownie. Everything was top notch, servers were excellent, and the environment was welcoming. Do not eat here without ordering the tomatoes basil fondue, we had gluten-free and it was fantastic!! Will definitely be back...
It was pretty fun took my girlfriend out on a date and they were so very nice about the whole thing and our server Megan was very kind overall it was an amazing experience
Food was great and servers were kind but extremely slow. I would go again but never if I'm in a rush.
