Alright. I was excited to get a smoothie with vegan protein from a local shop. It ended up being almost all ice with some water and protein powder. I'm still super hungry afterwards because there was nowhere close to enough in the smoothie. I wanted a meal and just got some water and powder. I also assumed it'd have fruit and be blended. 5 sips and it was gone.

So when I heard about Fuel Up , I only had a vague idea of what they served. After 2 1/2 years of being a customer, I have gained so much knowledge about how to truly fuel one's body, everything from Micro & Macro Nutrients to how to tailor one's intake of many different things like protein, vitamins, etc in order to see and feel results. This is my favorite place to grab a quick pick-me-up or protein drink in the middle of the day and before a workout. Jessica and Jason are superb people who I greatly enjoy conversing and hanging out with in their totally relaxed vibe. Want to just chill and grab a healthy drink?…this is the place??

Came here for the 1st time today. Jason, one of the owners was at the front and was super helpful. He answered any and all questions that my friend and I asked. I personally had a meal replacement shake. One of their love specials and a fat burning shot which was really good. Their products are Herbalife. I just think that all protein has a flavor and that is all I can taste. So, while the shake had a great description, it still tasted like the protein. It is what it is. I would like to go again and try out their teas. All super low calorie. So that is great. I had the shake at 11am. It's now almost 2 and I'm not HAVING to eat. I'd probably be ok to not eat for another hour or so.

I went in for their trunk or treat with my kids. I had a Lucky Peak Beauty Bomb it was so insanely delicious. I had my hands full with my kids and my daughter ended up going behind the counter and the woman working there (I'm terrible with names) was so nice about it. I will definitely be returning, and recommending these yummy drinks to all my friends.
