I've been trying to get some baked goods from for a while. Always ran errands until after their open hours.

This is our first visit & we will return again. The fresh baked bread smells enticed us as we entered. We were later in the day, otherwise Im sure there would have been even more selection.We loved all we tried! A chewier croissant due to freshly milled flour, we heated some in our airfryer & found them even better flakier & more buttery. We tried the almond croissant, a Gruyere & thyme, bacon twist stick, cranberry scone, & a raisin swirl...but they had lots...

I would give Gaston's Bakery five stars, just because of the wonderful job they have done in supplying great sandwich rolls, breads and other pastries to restaurant and grocery operations. This week I took a photo of one of the delivery trucks at Kahootz in Meridian, and previously raved about the Bahn Mi with Gaston's bread at Basquenese Food Truck.
