Got the spicy apple bacon sandwich and it made my day. The sandwich was made with perfectly crisp bacon, fresh Granny Smith apple slices, and a perfect spicy jam that tied it all together. The service was friendly and efficient. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

Delivering for doordash. Waited 30 minutes for the order. They are understaffed for dine-in and (though the food does look good) they are lightyears from being ready for delivery. I should have unassigned the order but the child at the register kept telling me it was almost done. When I spoke with the "adult" on premises, she couldn't be bothered to care that she cost me most of an hour of pay.

I went to get my weekly loaf of Dakota bread and noticed they have a baking schedule and not all breads are available everyday. I must have always lucked out on what days I stopped by before. The lady asked me what I was looking for and said I will go search for some for you and have it cut for you. To top it off they signed me up for some loyalty program so my loaf of bread was free. Customer for life and not just because of the delicious Dakota bread but because of the amazing people who work here! Thanks again for going out of your way to help and the free bread!

They should stop making hot food. Just stick to bread.

Went in to Great Harvest in Meridian today. The staff was very friendly even though it is extremely busy because of the Christmas season. The bread was fresh out of the oven, still warm and selling like crazy. Mandy, the owner, was very pleasant and helping right along with the other employees, even though she was obviously very tired from working long hours. There was a new guy (Rob or Robert or something like that), and even though it was his first day, he seemed like a real rock star giving out samples and keeping the shelves stocked like a Ninja warrior. Five stars for sure!

Had an awesome sandwich at below $10 after a long time. I could taste the freshness of the bread.

We drove a far distance after calling and making a reservation for a couple dozen rolls. An employee named Dominic was so rude when we arrived. He went further to argue and lie about the phone order we had placed with a different employee. He treated my wife so poorly we will never give this store a dime.

The employee charged us too much, then disappeared. It took 15 minutes to sort it out.

My family wanted to try this place for a while and we finally did. I ordered the Cobb salad and as I was eating it, I felt something really off. I spit out a piece of wire. I told the employee and he was like, "Oh, that's what we tie our bread with." Yes, I get that but should it be in an order of food? He acted so nonchalantly about it as if it happens all the time or it's normal. I told him he should probably let the others know in the kitchen to be a bit more careful. Someone could poke a hole in their mouth, ruin a tooth, etc. I get it, we're human. Mistakes happen, but being a little more apologetic to customers or at least pretending you care goes a long way.

Great place for fresh bread. Even has some gluten free options. Will continue to do business with them

Food always delicious. Prices higher than the big box stores, but oh so yummy. They've changed the interior so it's not so crowded feeling. Nice job

The bread you buy here is fantastic. The location is off the main street and pleasant. We ordered a couple sandwiches ( Pecan chicken and Turkey cranberry). The cranberry was more like cranberry juice and both sandwiches were just blah. We will still continue to buy their breads. Just to be clear, the address that we went to was 12570 West Fairview Ave, not the one in Boise. The Great Harvest, in Boise, is really good.
