11/25/24 Walked in. Got order to go. Service was sort of nice. Impression they weren’t happy and bothered to have to work. I get that but at least be friendly. The pick up order window service person gave me wrong order, even after I asked confirming questions that order was ours by repeating order specifications. Unfortunately we can’t have anything with milk in it. It makes us sick with stomach issues, won’t tell details. Inside dinning area tables looked clean but floors weren’t that clean. Soda area needed some sanitation cleaning. Food was ok but didn’t realize was wrong order until we drove too far away. The order was the wrong meat, wrong sauce and wrong ingredients. Completely wrong order. 🤦🏽♀️ It was a bummer. Wish service clerk would have listened and cared.

Drive through order. The Greek Salad for $3 for a small is great and it was fresh and delicious. The Lemon Chicken Soup was a huge disappointment. The broth was good, the rice was mushy like minute rice 5 days old and if there was chicken....I didn't find any. The radio add makes it sound like there is a lot of chicken and for a bowl $4.99. What sadness in a little cup and I was so excited to have hearty Lemon chicken soup. Unfortunately, it was the worst soup I have had in a long time. The pita bread that came with it was delicious.

Across the board not a good experience. We waited 20 minutes for our food and it was cold. We had to wait ten minutes to place our order. The staff pretty much threw the bag out the window. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered on the mobile app and did not choose bacon, but I did choose double lamb on the super gyro, then just to be sure on the instructions, I added "no bacon, please". So guess what was on my sandwich when I got home? I mean, I actually mentioned twice that I did not want, and they were not busy when I picked up my order. I called and the person answering, the phone said that his cook was not paying attention to the notes, and that I could get a free sandwich on my next visit. I cannot eat bacon or anything that has touched bacon, so what am I supposed to eat until tomorrow? Making a sandwich when I have listed the ingredients that I do not want is not rocket science!
Dietary restrictions: I did not want bacon, and they did not pay attention to my dietary restriction on the notes of the mobile order.

Usually when I go inside a gyro shack they are really dirty and have flies all over the place but surprisingly this one was clean The only negative thing I think I can say is that the staff were not very friendly at all!

Food was fine. Got the deluxe Gyro, and it turned out good. The staff seemed to absolutely despise their jobs (maybe I caught them on a bad day). Overall, I would get the food again, but maybe stick to drive-through.
