The food was mediocre, the soda machine did not work but the gentlemen running the counter and kitchen were very friendly and helpful.

I got the orange chicken plate. it was the driest orange chicken i have ever had. there wasnt even sauce on 90% of the chicken. i paid 14.27 for battered chicken with no sauce.

Was not the best teriyaki I've had, or even close to it. Rice was hard and dry and beef teriyaki wasn't very flavorful and pretty damn tough. And 37 bucks for 2 plates of it. I'd be happier eating a squirrel.

He got my order wrong. I ordered two different bowls. I got one plate with two different meats. Couldn't say anything because I was already going to be late for work. Also, while I sat and waited, I watched the guy taking orders. Every time he bagged an order he licked his fingers first. Then a guy ordered, paid, and the guy licked his finger and thumb, placing the licked finger inside the soda cup he handed the man. I won't ever be back to that place.

The quality of food at this franchise has been declining for the past 6 months. They've also hopped on the bandwagon of charging for their watered-down teriyaki sauce. The other franchises I've been to gladly give these for free, so take it a you will. If you can manage ordering from Broadway, you'll get better quality meat and free sauce!

I like teriyaki and this place has good teriyaki! A good portion for the price and Andrew was very friendly! Indoor seating as well as a few seats outside under cover.

The beef happy noodles were delicious. The staff dealt with impatient rude customers during lunch rush in a great manner. The staff was very pleasant.

Was there for lunch. Food was good. But the guy at the food stall was super rude. When he was asking a question, I didn’t realize he was asking that to the people behind me and I answered. This guy said I should move out of his way with all giggles. Never going back.

Stopped by Happy Teriyaki hoping for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark. The food was very bland—lacking the bold, savory flavors you’d expect from a good teriyaki dish. It wasn’t terrible, just underwhelming. The customer service also left something to be desired; staff seemed disinterested and not particularly welcoming. It’s not a place I’d rush back to, but it might be okay if you’re in the area and craving something quick and simple.

Been coming here for years. Walked in today and they’ve remolded everything from tables to the menu board. Unfortunately it looks like the food got the same. Ordered the Teriyaki bowl and was saddened to see they now give you about 1/2 the rice they used to. So now for over $10 you get half a bowl of food, not even enough to fill you up for lunch.

Food looks like nothing on the menu. Pretty bland and mediocre actually. $28 bucks for a combo plate and three tempura. Not impressed at all.
