Pistachio oatmilk latte - YUM!!! I was pleasantly surprised by this offering at the BOI Airport. I didn't catch the name of the employee (aka barrista), she was amazing. I deeply appreciate her friendliness. A shout out to the happiness you impart to others. Feeling good about this Monday morning travel.

This is an airport location, kinda a hack when then lines at Einstein are crazy upstairs. I got here late in the morning and they were out of burritos and breakfast sandwiches. The barista offered to make me a bagel sandwich. Delicious! Fast! Great service! Come down stairs guys! :)

My only complaint is that the card reader does not allow for tipping. Many customers don’t have cash. I doubt the baristas are getting paid so much that tips are irrelevant. Please update your card reader. Your employees deserve tips.

If I could give negative stars I would !!! Associate said she couldn’t help us because she needed to put stuff away ! When asked she said her manager wouldn’t care about losing customers !! Besides me there were 4 that left before me !!! Bad customer service

I come here almost every week before flying somewhere and always have great service from the employees. I know everyone has a right to their opinion but wow I have been here more times than anyone posting a review for this place. I don't feel like they are giving it justice. I like to come here because while everyone is lined up for Noah's bagel you simply have no line here and way better tasting coffee. While the atmosphere is not as cliche as Noah's this place offers a wide variety of beverages, some food options and a friendly smile.

The sign says a mocha is $4.79 but when the nice lady rung me up it says 5.49 She told me that they changed it in the computer and they have not changed the signs. I say FALSE ADVERTISING!!! This is no way to conduct business and I feel sorry for the employees who must explain that to every customer. I was not happy.

Coffee was hot, fresh and affordable. We didn’t try and of the food because we had already had breakfast but it all looked delicious. Our server was running around doing her best to keep up with the customers all by herself!! She told us she was required to take a break and took 2 minutes to eat a bite of food. I told her it was ok and that everyone could wait 10 minutes so she could take a proper break. She cheerfully said that she would be fine and that things would slow down once the planes were boarded. Here is my point…You need to provide a decent BREAK for your awesome staff or they are going to go elsewhere.

Should be replaced with a coffee shop that is willing to stay open all day not just 4:30a -10:00a or give them a spot over in a corner and give thir premium spot to a business capable of staying open all say.

I stopped at this kiosk late in the day during my Christmas travel. The woman that helped me who was working by herself, her name is Meta, took my order, fixed my drink, and served me with the nicest disposition I have ever seen at an airport concessions stand. Her customer service was top notch and despite there being a busy line of customers she was immensely polite to every customer. When my travels take me through Boise again, I will be sure to stop for my coffee at Harvest and Grounds on the lower level. Meta truly is the best asset this company has.

So much better than the bagel joint upstairs! The line didn’t take half my remaining life off me. My drip coffee was hot and super fresh. The gal working was very kind even though she was working alone and was multitasking (quite well I might add).
