Wow, the food here is incredible -- perfectly balanced, delicious flavors and we didn’t find anything too salty contrary to some other recent reviews (and I’m salt sensitive). Kind staff, and just blown away by the food (and we are from a city with *many* great vegan options). Everything on the menu is fantastic! This is our go to restaurant in Boise. We love being able to choose from the whole menu without worry. The food is fantastic, special shout-out to the gyro, the artichoke dip, and potato leek soup! Absolutely check them out if you are in the area!
While I certainly was able to enjoy my meal, especially in the beginning, over time I really started noticing how the food didn’t settle too well into my body. I think it’s because it just wasn’t well balanced. The mash and gravy was waaaaay too coconutty. And I usually do like coconut flavor but it really was so overpowering in not a good way.
