Today the workers were not on point. They made our drinks completely wrong, in the wrong size, with no straws, and get this no beannnnn. We go back and they admitted they knew they did our drinks incorrectly but handed them out anyways. Didn’t even apologize. When they remade it WE STILL GOT NO BEANNN. I think the mangers need to be more careful in the hiring process.

Staff was rude and in a hurry! The girl with two tone hair in the morning was rushing and not paying attention to her customer. I tried to add something to my order and she said I would have to wait until she was done with my drink. I let it go and went on with my day. I went back again and this time an older lady with light brown hair and a beanie, who was loud helped me. She said she was in charge of all the stands. I tried to tell her what had happened previously but she ignored me, kept talking loud, while making my drink and asked if I would like to add a pastry. I was so furious, if this lady is in charge of all the Human Beans they have more issues than they know. She apparently doesn't realize that her competition is around the corner and that is where I will go next time! I don't want any thing from this brand anymore, I just want to point out thier issues. Maybe a letter to corporate might help!

I love Human Bean coffee! It's my favorite in town. The staff is friendly, but it doesn't matter which location we go to, it is always super slow!

Absolutely love this location. HOWEVER, there is a barista that takes your card for payment and keeps the handheld with her, and asks how much you want to tip. I’m in the service industry too, huge no-no, and really off putting.
Incredibly Slow. They take 4 minutes per car. So if you are in a rush, you should stop at the Starbucks before this place.

This is my new favorite coffee place. We were just visiting Boise for a few days, but stopped here for coffee 3-4 times. We ordered the same thing each time, and raved about how delicious it was each time! Haha. The employees were always so patient, friendly, and helpful. We loved it!
