Best coffee I’ve had since moving to Idaho. Been to a few coffee shops & was losing hope, but they made it perfectly! Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back😍

I got a gift card forever ago for the Human Bean. Was cleaning out my wallet and found it so of course I had to make my way down to go use it!
I stopped in late afternoon so it was pretty chill. I drove through the drive thru and was instantly greeted by a pretty smile at the window. I ordered my usual iced americano. I did ask the barista what kind of sugar free options they had. I was quite surprised that she was listing more than just your basic vanilla and caramel. I had 6 or 7 options to choose from. I went with the chocolate macadamia. Pumpkin was an option and it did sound tempting but I'm pacing myself. I don't want to get burnt out on my favorite flavor! Pumpkin is the best!
My drink was fabulous! It had a good amount of ice. The espresso was very noticeable and not watered down. My chocolate macadamia syrup was tasty and she added the right amount of cream. It was all balanced and so good!
I needed that afternoon caffeinated beverage today and man was it so good! Human Bean is on my way to work but I'm always running late and don't have time to stop in. Clearly I need to get my act in gear and leave earlier so I can make it in. They pushed out a great iced americano today! And it's convenient since it's a drive thru. I look forward to coming back for that iced pumpkin americano sooner than later.

The cute young guy who made my drink today was a ROCKSTAR. I asked for extra ice so it was thick and it was so well blended and was so thick that it didn't move. I loved it. Exactly the way I like it. He was very nice too and gave great service.

I went to get my hot mocha this morning, paid for it gave a tip and when she handed it to me it seemed light. When I got to work, I noticed it wasn’t hot. I opened the lid and it’s just over half full, it’s half foam and lukewarm warm. If I had time to bring it back I would have. You can see where I made a hole in the center. I’m very disappointed because I go to the same location every time.

These girls are clueless, I gave my exact order almond milk with 3-4 sugars and I was handed a drip coffee for $4.50..,,what a joke. The other Human Bean locations in town are much better. The girl w the pad didn’t even know what a Cafe con Leche was …..we definitely in Idaho.
Left the drink because worker got snotty when I pointed out that she had not made it the way I requested.

We visited this location, in the afternoon , on 2/21/25. The employee added a $1 tip without my knowledge. I always tip, but i think she must of thought we weren't going to tip. She had me tap and then immediately pulled the card reader away, not giving me a chance to choose to tip or not. When i pulled away i had a funny feeling she chose it for herself. It's only a dollar and i would of tipped more. It makes you think, how many times has she done this?

I love this place. They always treat me nice, their coffee is excellent and their locations are convenient. I've been going to the Human Bean since there was only one location in Boise. I've been to each location and I've been happy at each one. Highly recommended.
