Honestly pretty disappointed in the way this location handled my reservation.I called the day before the event and asked to rent a private room for the next evening. The employee checked the books and said it should be no problem but I needed to come down to fill out a request form.So I drove across town to do it, no problem all went smooth. The employee stated I’d receive a call by the end of the day from a manager with my approval and that was that.I never heard from anyone. I waited and waited. So I called today and the manager finally let me know they denied my request because “there has to be more than 25 people”. It never said that anywhere on the form and the employee should have stated that. She also stated it was because she needed more than a day notice. That’s fine and totally understandable, but please train your staff to not waste my time when it’s obviously of the essence. They stated we could still come in and sit but I won’t be giving them my business after the rude interaction.

We ordered a medium sized pizza, paid $20 and it is the worst pizza I have ever bought. It had large sliced tomatoes, undercooked!!, and tasted bad. After two bites I couldn't eat it. Very poor quality and I'm never buying an Idaho Pizza again.

Always good! Find the pizza you like and stick with it. Salad bar back is amazing! They have larger areas to host groups! Works great, wish there was a microphone and speaker system setup is only ask. Can be closed off for groups.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust has perfect flavor. Crispy and thin! Ask for it well done.

Pizza is pretty good, and I love the fact that they have a salad bar. It kinda reminds me of a round table pizza. Staff are okay not mean but not very friendly either. Large open spaces, I think it would be a great place for a party!

Edit: First I want to say they really have good pizza. Second it shouldn't be a 2 hour wait for delivery after being told 45 minutes. From now on if I choose to patronize Idaho Pizza it will be only in person because I can't count on delivery anymore.Very unhappy with Idaho Pizza due to multiple attempts to have food delivered and it's always excessively long delivery times. I live 2.1 miles away and when I'm told that I'm next it shouldn't take over an hour to get food. Prices have gone up significantly and service has gone downhill. There are too many other restaurants that won't do this. I'll be going somewhere that my business is appreciated.
We had a family get-together, and Noelle was an incredible help. She helped me bring all the chairs and tables together. She even found us an area that would allow us to put presents to the back of us.Plus!! The food was awesome!!!

Had dinner here with family after our flight mostly for the salad bar but got some pizza as well. Customer service was highly disappointing and when I made eye contact at the counter and said have a nice nice dude just looked away. I'm not soft spoken in any way and am actually the louder of most and standing less then 2 ft away no way this guy didn't hear me. Guy standing on the side also never said a word. Where are the manners? If u work in Customer service u should prioritize customers and definitely greet them as well as say something as they leaving when your standing right there?! I moved to setx last Dec and idaho folk are rude as hell in comparison sad it's become that way. Life is good people be kind and that positive vibe rubs off.

We went for a family dinner together. Had about 15 of us all together. Plenty of seating, everyone was happy with what they ordered. I enjoyed my personal pan pizza beer and salad. I of course couldn’t eat it all but it had amazing flavor. I would go back again for sure!
