Thats 2 times now. The last time we ordered pizza we were told it would be ready for pick up in 30 min. I showed up about 30 min later. They said it wasn't ready yet and would be another 15 minutes. Kind of annoying, but I needed to go to D&B anyway so killed the time doing that for 15 min. Came back and they said it still wasn't done yet. It wasn't busy inside. I told them cancel the order I have a hungry family at home. Just as I was heading out to leave they found thr order. It was cold and had been sitting there since the original 30 time frame. Now it was cold after sitting there for almost 20 minutes.
Ordered pizza today for delivery, at 5:20. We were told it would be here within an hour by 620 At 7 my wife called and they said they were just leaving. Pizza finally got here just now at 720. 2 hours to make a pizza and deliver?
Probably going to take my business else where.
P.S, what a cop out on all their negative reviews. Atleast invite the customer to contact the manager to see how they can serve better. I own a service company and always address negative reviews with an opportunity for the customer to be heard personally.

This is a great, traditional pizza place. The crust, sauce and toppings all hit the right notes. I prefer it over over flying pie and it is significantly better than New York Richie’s a few blocks north.

The people there are very nice. The salad bar is great…but the pizza left something to be desired.
We got a large combination and there was barely anything on it. It’s like they took the quantity of cheese and toppings that you would use for a small pizza… and used it for the large pizza. We saw more tomato sauce and dough than we did toppings.
Put it this way… each piece of pizza, if we were lucky, had one piece of pepperoni and one piece of sausage… that’s it. Very little bell pepper, mushroom, cheese, etc.
Not sure what happened, but it’s the second time we’ve received our pizza this way. Maybe it’s just the Garden City location and we have to try a different place. We will give it one more try… maybe the Eagle location.
But again, the salad bar is great!

I always do well at Idaho 🍕 Pizza... from pizza by the slice and the addiction to warm cinnamon sticks to the well stocked salad 🥗 bar, all tasted 👍 good. The service is friendly and responsive, place is clean. The plastic forks almost drugMedown... but (I wish I remembered her name sorry) gave us stainless steel 🍴 utensils making us very happy. I took a beautiful salad home made at the bar by yours truly 😋 Even the patrons were all cool, calm, collected... no dramas or excessive noise outbursts... Was I lucky. Is carb-bee deliciousness narcotic 😆 I didn't tell you but the place was packed, I didn't feel boxed in or constantly looking for exits. It was tranquil.

This is going to be a controversial opinion but so far this place has my favorite pizza in Boise - and I’ve tried many! I usually always get delivery so I can’t speak to their in restaurant atmosphere but man I love their pizza!!! 🤤

Everytime we call into this place they never answer. And secondly, we walk in not knowing they’re about to be closed, at 8:59, mind you they left the door unlocked. The guy up front looks at his screen waiting until it turned 9pm just for him to teeth breathe and say “sorry folks we closed at 9pm.” And kicked us out. I hope what ever owner own this one knows, that your employees sure don’t want you to earn business. NOW YALL have a great evening.

Amazing food. Once had to wait over half an hour extra for a pizza that said 10-15 minutes and we arrived ~5 minutes early but other than that amazing. Recommendations: Pizza, Soda, Salad Bar. PS: if you arrive early for a takeout order you get complimentary soda
