Giving 5 stars because I don’t wanna be rude, their food is great, and some of the employees are really nice! However, whenever I come to this location, I experience some of the most atrocious customer service ever. I’m not sure if In n Out cares, but some of the employees at this location really need some training on just how to be nice. When you are working in customer service, being nice is the bare minimum.

The double double is great. Small targeted menu. Burgers, fries, and shakes. If you get there at 11 you will beat the rush.
Very simple menu. Surprisingly inexpensive and pretty bomb burger. Tomatoes tasted fresh, pickle was delicious and bun perfectly toasted. Had a strawberry shake with my animal double double burger with animal fries. May skip the animal addition next time i go but definitely will be a next time!
