From a band perspective, they have done an awesome job from beginning to end with EpicUnion. From clear and detailed contracts to thoughtful and proactive pre-gig communication — to phenomenal promotion. Plus - the work of the entire production crew on night of is outstanding— it’s a lot of work to coordinate sound, lighting, door and other production elements for an 8-person band! And the staff is always friendly and accommodating to the crowd. Heritage hosts some of our funnest gigs and we appreciate them very much!

I enjoy coming here, the events and bands are always super fun. Drinks are reasonably priced. That being said, I’m not a regular and I just had a medical emergency only a half a drink in. All of a sudden my vision got dark, I got extremely hot, I could barely keep my head up, and if I was standing I would have SURELY collapsed. I asked for a water and told the bartender “something’s wrong with me I think I’m gonna faint “ and then asked for a juice. He stood there until I paid him for the juice I asked if he could come back in a minute bc I didn’t feel good so I could pay for the juice. He said he knew I paid cash but he could take a card and I could pay cash later. I COULD BARELY SEE THE PURSE ATTACHED TO MY BODY to pay him. If I had the energy I would have yelled or thrown my purse. It took about 10 minutes to recover and he and the coworker just kept looking at me, nobody asked if I was ok or needed help. They just assumed I went from absolutely fine and 10 sips into a beer to wasted unable to keep my head up…. Don’t worry you got your $3 for a glass of OJ. THANKS.

Live band, good, but too loud for conversations. Not enough staff led to long lines for a Friday night.

Just hope you don’t have an issue or at the least a question about your tickets because NO ONE will get back to you.
After 4 unreturned calls I finally spoke to a co-manager???? He barely let me explain my concern, was rude and was promised a return call…..unfortunately he hung up on me and didn’t get my information but that was on purpose.
I love live music and could have been a return customer but I guess this venue doesn’t need my kind of patronage.
Worst customer service and expect to be treated like you don’t matter.

I was pleasantly surprised for a Wednesday. Food was delicious. Good beer selection. Good band..and I was just there to shoot some pool.

Don't bother with the VIP table. It's right by a door and super cold and it's where everyone goes out to smoke. I don't care at all about smoking but it was constant . Plus you get to look at lights and the backside of the band. Supposed to seat 6 people but we had to ask 3 times for chairs. We thought maybe there would be table service but that's not true. They reimbursed us 1/2 the table cost and a bottle of champagne (which they didn't have and we declined both the other bottles they offered).

I’ve gone to this bar many times and have always had a great experience. They have concerts often and occasionally have unique events like midget wrestling 🤭 the service is quick and the staff is friendly. The food is top notch, some of the best bar food I’ve ever had. Get a burger for sure. There are plenty of activities like pinball, pool, darts, and even a putting green. You’re guaranteed to have a good time here.

The burgers are super super good along with the dippers. The flatbread pizzas are amazing the garlic bacon chicken,the meat and the beer cheese was the best!

We didn't eat there, we went to The Hit List, which is the best burgers, fries and Sandwiches in Boise, to eat .
But my Daughter, Dr Sessions, had a few drinks before dinner there. Drinks were great, but we just had simple ones. Nothing flamboyant, but the sandwiches and fries coming from the kitchen, looked good, and smelled wonderful. Staff was great, friendly, crowd was friendly and talkative. Bathrooms were clean, bar was nice . Country flavored, Idaho Style.
We spent a nice hour there.
