Me and my gang went on a plentiful walk to this establishment and ordered food we ordered a bacon cheese burger and some curly fries and some tacos we asked for sauce but never got any the bacon cheeee burger only had one SINGULAR slice of bacon. IT WAS FLOPPY AND GROSS

The people working are nice enough, but I think the management of this company is failing its consumers spectacularly. I swear everytime i order something the portioning of things is way off. Most of the times the fries will only halfway fill up the container, and if you take the time to make a report through the website its a 50 50 on whether or not someone will get back to you. If you're going to make highly processed food that is unhealthy for you, you could at least try to make it affordable and give out correct portions. I don't predict a good future for this company. But who knows, maybe the fear of missing out model of cycling in and out new, overpriced product will continue to capture the attention of American wallets.

They just charged me $18.48 for a single sourdough jack. When I went back to complain with proof in my hand the manager tried to argue with me and say that that had not happened. I shouldn't have to show you my checking account to prove that you overcharged me. This is not how I'm interested in doing business with anyone, and I'll never ever go back to your Jack in the box again. Train your people and hirer Good people by paying decent wages and this won't happen.

Yolanda at Jack in the Box on state st gave us excellent service! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond in fast food service, but Yolanda truly did. She made our visit enjoyable, and we really appreciate her positive attitude. I asked the lady a question about an item on the menu to see if it was available and she act like she could not understand me I repeated myself clearly and Loud for her to hear me and she still said she did not understand what I was asking. I ask again and then she proceeded to tell me what I was ordering. I looked at her and I said never mind let me just pay for what I've ordered. Then she proceeded to say oh yeah we have that I can make it right now. After telling me twice she cannot understand me. I just smiled and said thank you and just shook my head. got my food and said bye.

I waited at the drive through for 7 minutes , then the staff asked what I wanted, then told me to wait for another 5 minutes. Then while waiting for her to add order she got it wrong twice, I only wanted the ultimate sausage sandwich and jalapeño poppers. Then I got tongue window and they didn’t give me the poppers. Then I knocked on the window and she said they are still cooking. From when I arrived at drive through, I waited total of 22 minutes for fast food. Ridiculous.
