Ordered food on the app and went to pick up. Sat in the drive thru waiting for help, asked if anybody was there and never got a response. Never got my food and didn't even bother with a refund because I will never order at this store again. Numerous times in the morning I have had bad or even no service. This was the final straw for me. This store is terrible

My boyfriend and I came through the drive thru January 31st at 7:30 and before the person who was taking out order even said anything he let out a fat sigh” sounded pretty pissed” and gave us attitude the entire time we ordered and after everything we said. Genuinely the worst customer service we have ever experienced. So unbelievably rude. Will not be back

This is the first time I’ve ever went into a Jack in the Box drive through, waiting patiently for 30 min in a line of cars only to be told at the drive through speaker that they were only doing DoorDash orders so I couldn’t order. I just sat there in silence in my car for a few seconds before deciding that I guess it meant that I was being told to drive away.

Today I used drive-through and ordered a sandwich at 5:51pm. After paying, I was told to Park in front and wait for my food. However, when I saw the staff unwrapping meat from bags, I realized it would be a long wait. I asked the lady for a refund since I didn't have enough time to wait, but she refused and told me my only option was to wait. I didn't know how to argue, so I left without my food or a refund.

I did and order through door dash and got a online bundle deal the two above cheese burgers meals. Food was cold and there was a hair between the cheese and tomato. I nearly puked it was disgusting yoy should be wearing hair nets.

I ordered through the drive-thru at about 3:05 am today and sat there until almost 3:35-3:30- being the only ones there- before paying and getting our food. The food was cold, the tacos were overdone and so cold they got soggy. The Jumbo Jack shouldn't have had cheese, yet it did. I want a redund.

Zeroo stars I wish. Absolutely disgusting. Food was so greasy it soaked through the bag and onto my jeans within minutes. Tried calling this location 3 times and no answer. Your employees seem to have attitude at this location always and seemed to not be very coherant. Very disappointed. I love Jack in the Box but I will NEVER go to this location EVER AGAIN.
