We always go late at night due to our jobs. Micheal and Johanna are always amazing to us and service is always amazing. We go through the drive through weekly and will continue to do so.

I waited 20 mins in the drive thru. One car in front of me. Still got the wrong order. Went inside to fix it and waited another 15 mins thinking they were fixing the order. Nothing. I had to get their attention and refund my order. Walked away with nothing but wasted time.

I go through the drive thru every now and then in the early mornings between 6-7am and almost always never get service at all. Just silence and blatantly ignored. Ive even pulled up to the window with no one in sight. I get maybe someone is in the restroom or something, but thats not the case here because this has happened to me a hand full of times and always around the same time. Ive even gone inside the lobby and no one was around. Absolutely unacceptable to just decide to not take orders. Today I thought I'd give it another try and there was another car in front of me trying to get someone to take their order with no answer. Then I pulled up to the speaker sat for awhile with no greet or answer. I pull up to the window and again no one in sight. I cant imagine how much business this location is losing for breakfast with whoever is working and not taking people's orders. Very frustrating.

Drink machine was busted. Staff offered to fill my cup, but not with what I asked for. Four staff there but I stood at the counter quite a while before they stopped talking g to each other and asked how they could help. Just not impressed with how it went that night, often far better.

Me and my gang went on a plentiful walk to this establishment and ordered food we ordered a bacon cheese burger and some curly fries and some tacos we asked for sauce but never got any the bacon cheeee burger only had one SINGULAR slice of bacon. IT WAS FLOPPY AND GROSS
