March 22nd. My girlfriend and I rolled in at 2:30 AM and saw two dudes inside absolutely grinding it out. The wait was about 10-12 minutes which is completely understandable. Food was amazing and the entire order was made perfect. Just want to praise these vatos for thuggin it out and making sure everything was straight considering most fast food workers never hold up standards past 11 o’clock. keep it up boys.

Store open but no one taking orders. Stuck in drive thru...eventually someone came on to order but rushed through after ordering first item "ok go to the window" the service at this location is terrible.Total drive through time 12:32am-12:50

This place is always empty just puked from food poisoning after eating my burgers from this place that tells me they possibly did something to the food or the bacon was undercooked with how many complaints they get I am surprised this place has not been shut down by health inspectors will not make the mistake of returning here!

Sorry, the quality of Jack's in general has been declining for years. I went there in a hurry and that was my mistake. Eat local and support people and not giant corporations.

I've been to Jack in the Box many times over the years, and, as expected, it's always quick, mediocre food. I've never had a horrible experience like I did recently at the State St location.I sat at the drive-thru menu for a couple of minutes before someone finally said something. I placed my very simple order and pulled forward. The person at the window didn't say a word, just asked for my card. He handed it back, again silent. I got my food and pulled away, checking the contents before leaving the drive-thru lane. I received half of my order.I backed up to the window. Nobody else was in line. I could see the person who took my payment and handed me my order, so I honked, but nothing. I honked a few more times, but still nothing. I finally knocked on the window, but there was still no acknowledgment. He began walking toward the window but took a turn, so I honked once again, and he finally came to the window.I let him know of the issue, and he asked me for my card to pay, no acknowledgment of his mistake, nothing. I asked for the name of his manager, and he said he didn't know. He just works there. I got the rest of my food and left.Shortly after, I called the district manager, having obtained his information from another Jack in the Box location. I left a message and still have not heard back.It's not worth wasting any more of my time on.. so I'll just stop going to Jack in the Box, period.

The man who took my order, Carlo, and gave me my food not only gave me attitude but he messed up the whole order and when I asked him to fix it he still got it wrong. The sizes were wrong and he forgot items and put in incorrect items. Then when I came back around the drive through again to ask for said missing items he asked for the other items he put in instead of what we had asked for and I gave them to him in order to get what we had originally asked for but as an experienced fast food worked and former worker at this location I know for a fact they are not supposed to do that and in general it is unsanitary and not proper protocol. To be clear other than the fries being stale the food was good, the problem is not the kitchen crew. Carlo is a manager at this location and I am concerned he is not doing his job properly, he also sits on his phone by the window or front counter while customers are waiting for their food which again is very much against protocol. I am not happy with my visit and I wish I could say otherwise because most people who work at this location are very kind people but I did not feel welcome. There needs to be a standard of respect between a worker and customer and he didn’t meet that standard.

My friends and I went through the drive thru, and Carlo, who was taking our order, wasn't interacting with us. My friend would try to order a combo and he would reply with "yeah, anything else?" Instead of asking what goes with the combo. We continued to order and he would reply with "yeah, anything else?" Everytime. He didn't double check the order at the speaker, and none of our menu items popped up on the screen and we weren't able to double check it ourselves. When we got up to the window, he started reading back our order and got it completely wrong. When we corrected him, he was super passive aggressive. And once we got our food, we found the fries stale and undercooked, and some pieces of order still missing, and other items on our receipt that we didn't ask for. We went back through the drive through to get our missing items, and he asked for the items we didn't ask for back, which is super unsanitary and shouldn't happen. All in all, the sandwiches were good, but the fries and service were terrible.

I feel like I was overcharged, and when I went to check my receipt, I realized the spanish guy whom took my order and could barely speak English, didn't even offer one or put one on the bag. I guess receipts are optional for this business now. The food was cold, and they didn't put napkins in the bag.

I got food from here just barley fries were under cooked and Carlo got our entire order wrong and we corrected him yet he still got some of the order wrong and then when we told him that it was tiny tacos and not monster tacos like he gave us he asked us to give the tacos back which is very unsanitary and would not give us what we ordered until we have the tacos back. (I had no problem giving them back it’s just unsanitary and makes me question what happens with that food)
