Absolutely check your order before you leave! I thought the reviews about wrong orders were a one-off. We were missing 2 of our 6 items, and one of our fries were incorrect. Of the items we received, the only thing I would reorder would be the chicken sandwich. It was hot and crispy and the lettuce was fresh! Can’t say I’ll be back any time soon if at all.

Everytime I come in here it takes forever to get some food. I have managed fast food places and never have i seen it take 15 minutes for a place to make 2 tacos and a couple orders of fries. There is a group of cars that got pulled aside to the parking lot to wait for their orders. Ridiculous

Dude, these employees suck... rude and inconsiderate. Sat and waited to be helped while the girl was showing the other employees vids on her phone, then acted like I was inconvenincing her for coming in

The cluck chicken sandwich is more of a patty than a piece of breast meat as it appears in pictures and advertisements. With a coupon, I was able to get a meal for under $6, so that is a good deal. Their milk shakes are my favorite fast food shake!

Manager is very unprofessional, slowest service ever seen at a jack in the box in over 50 years, reginal manager doesn't have a clue closing lobby at 9pm on New Years Eve costing the owner of that restaurant hundreds of dollars tonight....

this one is convenient to me as I live nearby but most of the time when I come thru after 12 (they're open 24/7), sometimes I don't have my order taken or they tell us they're closed. when we do get our food it's always good

Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins no response. Pulled around to see older Hispanic lady walking around inside. If you're busy say something. I saw at least 4 other cars pulls through over the course of 30 minutes with zero response. Ended up with a line inside at the counter, STILL she's hiding in the back not addressing customers. Unacceptable.

Very slow service the car in front of me and I had to pull up so the car behind me could get their food first 🤔 then the car behind them same thing two rigs behind me got their food before I did and then the order was wrong. Staff was polite though and that's refreshing!

This location is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered online and they deliver through door dash from their website thinking I would get what I ordered. On numerous occasions I have had issues with my order wrong or missing and rude employees making it my fault when they messed up. Tonight wasn’t any different when my food arrived I noticed a good portion of it wasn’t what I ordered and part of it was missing. I tried to call and it took 20 minutes for someone to answer at a location that is never busy. The lady that I spoke to basically said it was DoorDash’s problem not hers which it was equally DoorDash and Jack in the box’s problem . I then told her about the items that were missing or wrong and basically she told me a manager will get ahold of me tomorrow she would not try to make it right. She kept telling me she put everything in the bags when she clearly didn’t. She didn’t offer to make things right when I said I would like what I ordered. I will never give my business to this location again they don’t know how to treat their customers.

Pulled up to the drive thru and waited for a second, no response... when the gal finally took my order she told me they don't have 4 piece chicken nuggets, (I read it directly off the menu...) then the employee at the window proceeded to take a selfie which I'm definitely sure I was included in, didn't take my money for roughly 10 minutes, mind you i was the only customer in both the drive thru and the lobby. When she finally took my card she did not offer a receipt, and demanded i pulled in front of the store. So I firmly requested a receipt of which she crossed off her name in sharpie. (Clearly not good enough... Krista) store number 6020 order number 147.

I sat in the drive thru for 10 min..... I was kind of on my phone and trying to be patient but after hearing nothing I drove through and went back around once again, I was saying, "hello" and "is anyone there" and finally somebody responded and told me to wait and when I told them I had already been waiting they said so harshly "nobody has been here for the last 10 minutes" and when I told the lady I was actually there- right in front of the screen stating "hello" multiple times for the last 10 minutes she told me I was not!!!????!! What??!!

I've honestly have never been gas-lit by a fast food worker!!!!
But WOW....to my dismay, she had completely called me a liar and made me even think for a second...... like am I in a dream; did I not just sit in this drive through for (at least) if not more than 10 minutes?

Totally nuts! I will definitely be not be coming here again. 🫤

As a psychologist professor, I am looking forward to finding a way to add this to some of my lectures. My college students will eat this experience up.....maybe even visit fir an encounter of their own 🤭 because this is a game changer, it can happen anywhere! Truly, watch out.....narcissist are everywhere!

If I could leave no stars I would. Kimberly was very rude and had the worst customer service I have ever had, she definitely picking fight. Her manger then blames us for her bad customer service and I highly recommend go somewhere else!!!
