We used the pickup application and I parked in front of the bldg the employees saw me sitting waiting for my order for 15 minutes before I finally drove thru the drive thru and told them I was in the pickup parking for 15 minutes and they said you have to go thru the drive thru?!? WTH doesn't that defeat the order from the app purpose and why didn't someone come to tell me !!

Went in and no one else was there. Took our orders after about 10 minutes. Waited 45 minutes and went to go up and check. They gave us our churros but not our fries. We mentioned but it took them another 10-15 minutes or so.

For some reason this location has the best customer service out of any other jack in the box, must be great management who does the hiring!! I drive a bit farther just for the service!

GREAT churros. DELICIOUS spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries. Sweet service, the special needs worker was so wonderful and thorough. She brought our food to the table- which wasn't a thing at Jack in the box, she also took her time to make sure that the order was right. Fabulous that they hire capable people that may just take a bit more time. I applaud Jack in the Box for this!The only reason that I gave 4 stars is that we tried the new fire tacos- um, zero spice, just had food coloring in the shell. Odd.I highly recommend the Jack in the box in Meridian!

Let me be clear. This is not something I felt compelled to review. I have been going to jack in the box for quite some time. Their ranch has a special hold over me, but there was nothing quite special enough to have graced my mind enough to spark the idea to leave a review. That was... until I met Josh. For those of you that don't know, Josh is the absolute machine keeping this location producing. Every time my barely conscious body makes its way to jack in the box at 1am, Josh is there ready. Making my order to perfection both with precision and efficiency. Josh, with his own two bare hands is providing Boise staving night owls. Josh could very well be the reason that some of my nights go from sad to excellent. I crawl here starving and tired, only to be left feeling welcome and full. This man is a machine. This location isn't exactly the closest to my house, but the food has always been good, my ranch is always perfectly cold. There may never be another Jack in the box quite like this one. I hope you too will be able to pull up to this location and have you night cravings fulfilled. Hopefully Josh will be there, crafting your food with excellence, being the machine that he is.
Rude employees that could care less what your order is. My order had multiple missing items and sauces. Will never go to this location again. If you charge an arm and a leg now for fast food you should at least get what you paid for and not be treated like trash by fast food workers.

This place is oolong. I go late at night and the employees are cool,quick and knowledgeable as well as a great sense of positive humor
The food quality is touch and go. When it's really good but when it's bad it's bad. They aren't consistent at all.
