yo, I go to this jack in the box at least twice a week in the mornings, there is always a white guy with mid long hair (idk his name he never has his name tag) but this guy always gave me the worst customer service, my order is always wrong, he forgets my drinks, he never greets, and also he looks high everytime, I love jack in the box food but this guy makes me stop going that often.

Did an online order with a large curly fry. Fry wasn't even half full. When I called to tell them the phone was disconnected. I tried the next day and still no one answered the phone.

Food was good. They were out of sauces and dips… all of them in the area seemed to be sounds more like a corporate issue than a store issue but the employees were very nice and as helpful as the could be
When something is shown on the menu you would expect them to have it but they don’t. After every thing I order the guy kept saying, “is that it” in a very rude tone and seems like he’s high. When already on a time crunch and needing to get food quick after everything I ordered getting told to hold on as well as is that it made me just want to leave and go somewhere else which is didn’t have time for. They always have really slow service and are usually pretty rude when talking to customers.

VERY hit or miss. Ever since hiring only spanish speaking employees this location has gone to trash. Very unfortunate. Hopefully the owner will revamp this location with employees who speak English, atleast, and who know what hospitality is as fast food is the core of hospitality.
