Fast food prices have risen, while customer service and restaurant cleanliness have declined. The heyday of fast food seems to be long gone—and perhaps that's for the best.
This particular Jack in the Box is consistently grungy, with both the bathrooms and dining area needing attention. Over the past two years, I've visited four times, and my order was wrong every single time. On three of those visits, I was left standing at the counter for an unreasonably long time before anyone acknowledged me. On the one occasion I did receive prompt service, it was from a kind but awkward young man who spent a surprising amount of time complimenting my beard.

I wasn't drinking so that was my first mistake. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and it was cold and gross.

I don't know what's wrong with them but EVERY TIME we get attitude and condescension. EVERY TIME we get cold or incomplete orders. And every time I'm left disappointed. This time around we got two knives and no forks. What if I was homeless and didn't have forks? What then? The blatant disrespect and clear lack of braincells is infuriating.

Their night crew doesn’t answer phone calls or make orders correctly at all! Called them 4 times and not once did they answer.Manager for night crew needs to be fired

If a place is open 24 hours and there’s no time restrictions on the availability of shakes, it would be pretty neat if the shake machine wasn’t turned off. I drove all the way here, passing McDonald’s because they normally pull that stunt, and here we are dealing with it at Jack in the Box. Mind you, not all locations do this. The one on Fairview has their machine ready to go no matter what time it is and I used to frequent there when I lived on that side of town. This is just inconsideration for the customer. The rest of the food is fine. Deliberately shutting down the shake machine for a 24 hour store and without time restrictions on shakes, makes for a bad review. Fix it. Either put times on the menu or stop letting your employees be lazy and only shutting of the machine after cleaning instead of restocking.
When a place says it is open 24 hours, they should let people order. Not tell them they are closed and lock the door.
Awful customer service was not greeted at the speaker long wait time, and the person who answered the speaker was rude and didn’t seem like he was interested in working there.

The slowest drive thru service sat in the drive through for 30 min with 2 Cars in front of me. No one was helping the poor old lady at the window
