I had my wife ordered breakfast from this place for me on Saturday 11/1/2025 I had gotten food poisoning (Campylobacter) and I had to go urgent care. I will never ever eat at this place ever again and I hope the get shut down so that they can't give anybody else food poisoning

Tried to go through the drive-thru late night but when I got up to the second menu board they had a handwritten sign taped on it that said only accepting cash no cards.
Now I understand that things happen and sometimes machines go out, however this is probably the third or fourth time I've gone to this location and they've had a sign like that.

I just got a drive through pickup order that we did on the app. It was a typical drive through experience. It was ready when I arrived, food was a good temperature, all was present that had been ordered! Can’t argue with that!

Expired product, the creamer has been outdated since May 2025. When going back for replacement, I was forgotten about because I was asked to wait out front and not in the window. 30 minutes later, one of the people took their break. So I went inside to check and come to find out they had forgotten completely about me. But they had apologized. They wasted my time and my money. This is not the first time this has happened. This is actually a regular occurrence at this location.

Went in to pick up an order for Uber. Instructions given by company on the app say to use the drive through after the lobby closes. Signage says 10 pm. Rude employees tried to tell me I'm supposed to use the lobby. I told them to address that with the manager as he should change the instructions. Then went into the lobby. Employee proceeded to trash his manager and company verbally. Said this is corporate America even if we tell them nothing will change you know that. Etc. Proceeded to take an extremely disrespectful tone with me and sass me. I don't appreciate the staff at this establishment. The company obviously needs to improve their training and customer service requirements of their employees. Directly trashing the manager and company as an employee is so disrespectful. Why is he even working there? Event occurred Friday 8/22 around 1130 pm. Jack in the box. Please higher nicer people. All of us are just out here trying to survive. Getting treated in such a way is so unacceptable. You should hire such people
