What even is this is ordered loaded tiny tacos no salsa no lettelace and the lady was rude then made an excuse about a rush at 740 pm what a joke went back to get food replaced had cops threatened to be called on me food was never replaced nor did I get a refund I will never eat here again terrible assistant manager was very rude both time I was there and on the phone date is Feb 2 2025

On a Tuesday around 4:30pm, not busy but extremely slow took me almost 20 minutes to get an order. Staff was moving extremely slow and wasnt ready to serve the food. Three people working there should have definitely been more hustle happening at a fast food place. Another customer came in while I waited through the drive-thru saying that their order was wrong.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I was there at 2:05am 11/7/2024 on my way home from working at the hospital. I stopped and ordered through the drive thru, came to the window and I was rudely informed by a gentleman with a longer goatee that I needed to come inside and slammed the window. I went inside, I asked for their names and they turned up the music and ignored me. As I was there I heard the same gentleman yelling at a door dash driver through the same drive through window using vulgar and disrespectful words. This situation is beyond my belief and understanding and I will be filing a complaint with corporate

Went to Jack in a box at 9:30 on October 22 2024 the woman who was taking our order at the drive through would not listen and started to give a lot of attitude to the point that I just left will not be going there again lost me as a customer!

As a walking, it seems like the drivethru gets speeder service than the counter. I rarely eat fast food, if you call it that. It is filling, but the most I can say for it.
Went around 12am and the male employee who was working drive thru was extremely rude. The Dr pepper was out so he asked if I'd like something else and I said a bottled water would be ok and he then said that he give me a cup with ice water. I paid for a combo meal so how I couldn't get a bottled water was beyond me?!? I told him that was unacceptable as I paid more for a combo. He then proceeded to toss a bottled water at me. He definitely should not be working in any sort of customer service environment. I now avoid this place. Worst service ever
