I rarely do fast food, mainly because of rude service and the fact that it's not very healthy. Tonight I decided to treat myself to a milkshake from this location. The first thing "Val" tells me is they can't do meals or drinks, I said why can't you do any drinks? She says, " We have no lids" I say that's fine I'll take a milkshake without a lid, she's then proceeds to tell me they have no cups either, of any size, so I asked for her name and drove off. I do want to mention as well she was laughing the whole time. I have never felt so lied to from any food establishment in my life. I don't think she was being truthful about her name, but if she was, she shouldn't be working there anymore.

I went to eat the other night, and they take more than 40 minutes to get my order ready, it was somewhere around 9:00 p.m. they're not busy and they were like five workers inside

Today the lady that cashed me out sat on her phone while my food sat on the counter. Took her about 5 mins to finally cash me out. Poor customer service. I work in the food industry and understand when a place is short staffed but you shouldn't sit in the windows where the customer can see their food and see you on your phone.

Food was not so good, wife's chicken tenders were old and dried out, went in the trash! My burger was not much better and the fries were cold. Soda pop was good.
Hopefully i spelled her name right but Kayla had great customer service, very polite and got my order perfect! Great person to have there!
