I stood in line for a fat minute while two employees just looked at me multiple times and went about their business. I was the only one in there so I know they weren't busy. Absolutely ridiculous the customer service these days.

Typically we are disappointed with this location, however, this man that worked 11/9/25 around 7pm in the drive through window, ever since he has gotten hired we have been so impressed with the thoughtfulness in our orders! Every single time without fail! Thank you! He organized our order and put in sauces without us asking but we were absolutely going to ask for ! Its like he read our minds ! Now, because of this employee, we are happy to go to this location everytime !

I am doing this review from the parking lot as I continue to wait at the Boise Jack in the Box on Fairview & Maple Grove. I waited in the Drive thru for almost 10 minutes, then asked to parked and needed to wait another 10 minutes for 2 combo orders.
When we finally got our food, it was cold! I'm happy to wait for fresh, but this was ridiculous.

I was originally going to give it a 3 star but one staff member took initiative to fix something for me. In all honesty, I didn't enjoy the breakfast item I got, it was just ok. I've enjoyed their burgers previously so I'll probably get that next time. Place looked clean and tidy and the staff seem to get along well. Wish there was a little bit more of a welcome but they were busy with the drive through so it's not much of a big deal. Prices are good though which is a huge plus, definitely one of cheaper fast food chains around.

When I come another time to try the burger/chicken I might have to change my review, hopefully for the better.

Showed up around midnight, went to the drive through and was told unless I had an order to pick up that they are not currently taking any orders because they are doing inventory. Even worse there were 2 cars ahead of me in line that must have somehow already had orders so I had to wait behind them because there was also someone behind me so there was
no way for me to get out of the drive-thru. It normally wouldn't be a big deal but all their signs everything online says open 24 hours, not open 24 hours except for the time that we're doing inventory and we are technically open but we will not take your order

Grease was not changed the employees were running around with no order just chaos. Good and service suffers. We waited 12 minutes before raising our voided to get someone’s attention the the drink machine was out of everything but 4 drinks
ALL the EMPLOYEES went on break out front smoked and vape and DIDNT wash there hands disgusting. The twins would not make it in my employ !!!

I like to recognize good work just as much as I like to recognize work that can be improved. Having a past bad experience with an employee that I have not seen working there since I posted that review goes to show that person obviously didn't care. I stoped by after work today I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a beanie with long slightly curly hair. Dude was amazing, he was super polite and fast to take my order. I wish I would remember his name but because of him I'm changing my review to a solid 5 Star thank you

Sort of run down, food actually caused me to get food poisoning and for being the only vehicle in line it took me about 15 minutes to get my food. Don't recommend
