ordered uber eats from here around 1:15, 5 different drivers sent out to this location saying it’s completely closed last driver at 1:55. they’re supposed to close at 2! this is really angering especially since i can’t get a full refund since their “open” and already “started on the food” (im sure they hadn’t…)

whoever was on the drive through is extremely rude, I asked what sodas they have inferring to Pepsi or Coke and was responded to saying “whatever you want idc” & while Ordering he kept interrupting by saying “huh”. I know this is a fast food joint so expectations aren’t high, but at least have someone with people skills up front. Shame.

15 mins just to take an order, Ordered a sausage croissant, and a coffee. $14,i asked for a refund which i got $6 back then she poured a cold coffee and warms it in the microwave (smh) This jack in the box is a joke ,the staff all need to be changed asap, not coming here again . It's 2024 never would have thought it's that difficult to just manage a fast-food place . Be aware they will microwave your food, my sandwich was Luke warm I threw it away.

Came in at 930pm when their store says they close at 2am. Hmmm maybe they need to update their hours and not be rude about it.
The customer service was none existent, the food portions are small. I'm not impressed the chicken was half the size of the bun and the fries where half full.

Service was horrible. After waiting forever for Buger to come out I got the wrong burger. I took it back to counter. They re wrapped it and put it in an order for the drive thru customer. Drink machine out of order. No one running counter. Employees walking away and going out side. I love Jack in the Box but don't ever eat at this location.

My friend Josh got me and my son and himself food. My son and I got the cheap double cheeseburger deal with fries and a drink. We both switched out our drink since we don't drink soda for a milkshake the witch milkshake to be exact. We didn't get a receipt as my friend Josh declined it. Anyways the burger and fries were good nothing to write home about. The milkshake had a weird taste to it and the advertising said something about it having Oreos in it which I couldn't taste. It was the worst milkshake I've ever had. My son said the same. I wasn't sure what to do since we didn't have a receipt and usually you need one to get them to do anything about food that doesn't taste good. I did tell my friend Josh that the shake didn't taste good while we were dining in. I don't like complaining about food but that was gross hopefully that's not what it's supposed to taste like.
