I hate to leave bad reviews, BUT… I have frequented this place and loved the service the food the drinks. Today was a whole different experience, first off the drink I normally order, which I LOVE was very watered down… the server brought chips and salsa but NEVER took our food order
I tried to get staff attention to order food after sitting for half an hour and was avoided like the plague… after an hour of sitting. My friend eating just chips and salsa and me nursing my watered down Mangonata, I decided I was no longer hungry
I did happen to get the bartenders attention and ordered one shot of tequila and a water
My friend only had a large draft beer
The bill was $45 and even the tequila seemed a little watered down, maybe not, maybe my total disappointment of being ignored by staff
Maybe the kitchen crew had called out? Who knows… I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future

We have been coming to the jalapeños on Franklin for years and years, and we love it here. The staff is friendly, the food is great. We love the queso and the margaritas are delicious.

Naomi provided the absolute best service and ran the extra mile, drinks were never empty and food was amazing! The blueberry margarita and paloma were very tasty and made to perfection! 10/10 recommend

Went for lunch, extremely fast friendly service. However, it takes longer than 10 minutes to make a fresh chile relleno. Everything is premade, the only edible items were the broken rice and beans. Broken rice saves money, do better, its rice! Also, serving margaritas in plastic steins are very telling, of what I should've expected. My husband ordered a carnitas taco and green chicken enchilada. The pork wasn't crispy, no flavor, no onions, cilantro, or lime was served with it. Definitely not authentic mexican food. Skip it and seek out a taco truck!

26 dollars for a grocerybacg of chips and salsa!
