I had been at this location before a while back and the service was okay and my smoothie was great, so I went back and the customer service is non existing. First of all the cashier was very rude and then when I asked.about a promotion she didn't know anything about it. As a company it is your responsibility to train yoir employees about promotions. It is very annoying when you want more information and the employees are cluless, dont take any ownership and to top it off they are rude. Secondly. why hire rude people who don't have any idea what customer service is? A bit of curtesy/politeness goes along way. I won't be back. Plus the smoothies tasted terrible, not like when they take their time to do it right.

Literally every single time I go here they are out of what I'm trying to order. Egg bites nope they are out. Carrots for carrot juice nope they don't have that either. Coconut whip yep you guessed it they are out of that too. I work in the mall so I check in multiple times a week and it's always the same answer.

I walk at the mall 1-2 times per week. Every time, they say they don't have wheat grass. So then I try to oder the fresh ginger shot and they say they are out of that, too. I think they just don't want to clean the machine. Don't have those on the menu if you are never going to serve it!

April Friday 12th around 7:45 I got a Cold brew coffee with the cream cloud and when I drank a bit I realized it was EXTREMELY SWEET not tolerable at all. I went back to ask if the drink is supposed to be that sweet and the girl who “helped” me said she didn’t know as she doesn’t drink coffee. The least you can do is inform your employees about the drinks you sell. She told me she could add more coffee to it, to make it less sweet and I agreed. Besides treating me like if I just bothered her and I was an inconvenience, ( I know it might have been but you close at 8:00 pm, and until then, you are required to stay open and help customers) when she brought back the coffee it tasted the same. Worst experience I have ever had at Jamba Juice.

Be sure to stop by for a Hidden Boise Gem ? in Idaho (The Gem State!) It's a true Treasure in The Treasure Valley Metropolitan Area!Jamba Juice makes a very good Ginger and Greens Smoothie for a price reasonable for a Smoothie.They made a Delicious Lunch for me! Fast, accurate service. I got 3 peanut butter moods but one was vanilla coconut milk instead if soy, so they wrote that on top. I was impressed...Just wish it wasn't next to a Victoria's Secret.
