Ordered online and was ready within 15 minutes of purchase. Staff was friendly. Space was clean. 2 high top tables and 1 low top. 4 chairs each table.
Food was good and fresh. Thank you for a great experience.

My name is Jane, and I recently left a negative review on your Google page for the Jersey Mike’s location on Broadway Ave in Boise.
I wanted to sincerely apologize for my comments, especially those directed toward Riley. I was going through a very difficult day, one of my parents is currently in the hospital and unfortunately, I took out my frustration on your team. That was unfair, and I’m truly sorry.
In reality, I had no issue waiting for assistance with my sandwich. Riley responded to me promptly, and another kind team member stepped in to help with the toppings. I also realize now that any frustration I overheard among staff was likely due to the busy environment, not reflective of poor service.
Your store has always taken great care of me, no matter how busy it gets, and I appreciate the consistent quality and friendliness.
I’m removing the review right away and wanted to reach out personally to express my regret. Thank you for understanding, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something because I’ve hit a ton of locations back home in Seattle and all over. This Boise spot is on another level.

First off, the place was spotless. Like, noticeably clean. But what really stood out was how dialed-in the team was. In the 10 minutes I was there, I watched them crank through 15+ orders like a perfectly tuned assembly line. No chaos, no confusion, no waiting. I walked in, ordered, and my sub was ready fast without feeling rushed or sloppy.

I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it was straight up BOMB. Jersey Mike’s is usually solid, but this one was perfect. Fresh, loaded right, toasted just right, and they nailed my picky custom order exactly how I asked. Zero attitude, zero mistakes.

Also shoutout to the manager (pretty sure he was the manager). He took a second to ask how my day was and what I had going on. Super simple small talk, but it makes a difference. You could tell the whole crew cared about the experience, not just getting subs out the door.

Only gripe: Jersey Mike’s doesn’t have hot honey anymore, which hurts my soul. But that’s corporate’s fault, not this location’s.😭

If you’re in Boise and want Jersey Mike’s at its absolute best, this is the spot. I’ll be back.

Last Friday (September 26, 2025) I went into the store around 7:30/8:00 PM and ordered a few sandwiches. I was the only customer in the store and there was no rush. The manager (I assume -- tall, skinny white gentleman with brown hair) berated a fellow employee right in front of me. I have never experienced this before -- it was very unsettling and unprofessional. I thought you would like to know as I am sure if this happened during a low stress time, it probably has happened many times before in more pressured situations. I think it is important to treat everyone with dignity, especially in front of your customers. It was an awkward and unsettling moment for me and also for the employee that was treated poorly.
