Tables were all dirty, drink station was dirty. Music was playing so loudly we couldn’t hear the workers and they couldn’t hear us. We commented a few times about how loud the music was and the response was “yep”. Won’t be returning to this location.

Came to this Jersey Mike's (Fairview location) to grab lunch for my husband. I normally order him the Original Italian with no pep sub for ham. They refused to make any changes. Kinda annoying since State St and Eagle locations don't mind doing it for us. This location is 100 yards from my husband's work and I'll gladly drive to the other side of town to get my husband the sandwich what he wants from a friendlier staff. Pretty lame that this location won't work with the customer's request.

Took 20 mins to make a cheese steak, with 4-5 employees standing around not doing much. So pre tipped for terrible service, they are definitely part of the problem.
