Very good food prepared properly! Employees showed particular interest in my pleasant experience in every area. Whether that was by actively cleaning to maintain a proper appearance or providing me with napkins I went looking for. It was a 10/10 experience. Honorable mentions go Derek and Richard for making it outstanding!

I just ordered an Italian sandwhich with no ham, add bacon and mustard. There was so much mustard and mayo on my sandwhich that my bread was completely soggy and mushy. I used napkins to soak up some of the condiments and it still didn’t help. The bacon was extremely soggy and fatty. It was inedible. I spent $23 between sandwich and DoorDash and ended up eating two bites. ***picture is after scraping off sauce*** and still a ton on there

I loved Jimmy John’s until recently. Two terrible experiences with the store in Nampa and now with my lunch order from the store on main I would definitely say there are far superior locations.
This issue today with my order was the following. Ordered the beach club and no meat on the sandwich. Sadly they have gone from freaky fast to freaky terrible. There are just way better options with better food and better service.

Walked down from St. Luke's to have some lunch... was fabulous... food and seevice!!
I really like Jimmy John’s but this specific one messes up something every single time, I’ll ask for pickles on my sandwich and they will make me pay for multiple big pickles, I’ll ask for a drink and get something completely different, I ask for cheese and am charged for cheese but it won’t be on the sandwich. It’s just this one though, other ones seem to get it right!
