I recommend… in fact I prescribe jimmy johns on a regular basis .. people come to us for tattoo work and I always ask “have you eatin?” If the answer is no then I send you to ole jimmy John’s to get each of us a footlong .. fast affordable and delicious.. if your about to have neadles poking ya best have a good sandwich in ya to give to strength from the Tatt gods ..

For the second time this week I ordered a simple change to a sandwich (no lettuce, plus avocado). And for the second time this week I had to have the sandwich remade because it was not made to order. When I spoke to the manager he could have cared less, had no interest in doing anything to change my attitude about it, and certainly didn't care when I told him I had no interest in returning. Someone who works in customer service, I can tell you that this is not good customer service. It's my hope that you change your attitude and change your ways. You make good food but nobody's going to want it if you can't make it to order. And I'm certainly not going to waste my time again having a sandwich remade.

I thought at least JJ's wouldn't succumb to shrinkflation like so many other chains. . . Boy howdy was i mistaken.
Ordered the 8 inch tuna and the Gar. The 8 inch tuna had no tuna on the last 2 inches of either side of the sandwich. And it was spread very thin. Just tomato and a bit of lettuce on the ends..
Hoping the gar is still as it should be. . .
I may give it another chance, but this was ridiculous.

Very disappointed in Jimmy John's. The bread was very hard. Asked for extra mayo and didn't get it. My husband's sandwich had very little lettuce.
The Gargantuan is the only thing I get. It's good!

Came for a quick lunch. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes while a bunch of employees walked around and stood around inside. Tried to get their attention and they just ignored. Ended up driving away and paying 13 dollars for nothing because I had to get back to work. What the heck?

yall are lucky I'm a faithful customer hence the 5 star but I needed to document my experience. I went with my boyfriend who got the Italian, I got the spicy Italian. so obviously we need to check which ome has the spicy peppers. tell me why I open up my sandwich and there is ONE (1) sliced pepper inside. if I didn't find this actually hilarious because I KNOW as a food service worker one of yall just thought it would be goofy, and if I didn't prefer banana peppers anyway, this would be a different story. tell your employees to watch who they goof on?
