I ordered a #4 turkey tom and it literally only had turkey on it. I did not indicate that I didn’t want any of the other toppings so I was very disappointed to receive this bland sandwich consisting only of turkey and white bread. I guess specify that you want what is actually written on the menu??

I just went into this store and ordered the Ultimate Italian CAPOCOLLO, SALAMI, HAM, BACON, PARMESAN & PROVOLONE, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oregano-basil & oil & vinegar. I asked for no tomatoes, add jimmy peppers, horseradish sauce, and pickles. I got home and realized my sandwich had no tomatoes, which was good. However, there was no mayo, no pickles, no horseradish, and no jimmy peppers. I've given this store so many opportunities, since I live in the neighborhood right behind it. I'm going to say they usually get the order correct 2 out of 10 times. Today, I'm frustrated enough that it's time to leave a review of the lack of service.

I have stopped by to grab my meal for the night. The most recent order, however, is the most important. I recently ordered a delivery to my home. I ordered on the app and after all said and done, ready and waiting.. I found out that the tip I had thought for sure was in the total for Jacob my delivery driver was not. I didn't have the money on me to give you him but I wanted him to know how much I appreciated his kindness about the whole situation so I called the store (Vista location). I wanted to make it right. We were able to get things worked out. These guys were great! And I hands down respect our hard working food industry people. Thank you for being so kind when I thought I couldn't show my own kindness through gratuity. Great store!

The past couple times i’ve gone to this location they have put tomatoes on my sandwich after clearly and politely asking them not to. The last time I went I had to repeat my order to the lady a good 3 times and each time I said “no tomatoes please” and you’ll never guess what was on my sandwich… 😔

I have come to this Jimmy John’s 3 times over the last couple weeks and asked for a JJBLT with no lettuce, add avocado, as I am intolerant to lettuce and cannot eat it. ALL THREE TIMES they put lettuce on my sandwich even thought the receipt even said no lettuce. I would understand if it was just one time, as I used to work in food, but three times in a row is unacceptable.

Love the regular Italian sandwich, but holy smokes $$$17.00$$$. There's a $4 delivery charge, not including driver tip, so be prepared to eat a spendy, but yummy, sandwich.

I went through the drive-thru the other day and I ordered just about $25 worth of food. When I got to the window I did my rewards and tried to pay with a $50 but was told that they don't accept $50. It was decently early like 11:30/11:45 so I just asked if it was because they don't have change for it but I was told that that wasn't the reason and it just was because they didn't accept $50. I haven't had Jimmy John's tell me they don't accept $50 bills before. It wasn't posted anywhere and it was told to me in a more rude tone. I can understand why a place would change policies but it should be posted somewhere and I shouldn't get treated rudely for asking for clarification on why. I'm still giving 3 stars because I love Jimmy John's the sandwiches are great but this wasn't a great experience. (I posted on here because I tried posting on their personal feedback site but they wanted my address and phone number and stuff which I didn't see a reason that I should have to give that)

This Jimmy Johns is right next to my house, and it's always so clean, and the workers are friendly and quick. My sandwiches are always delicious and the food always seems fresh. I like this location a lot.
