I love Jimmy John's! I always get the Billy Club Unwich due to a gluten intolerance.The staff are always in good moods, always positive and always communicating so the orders don't get messed up and everything goes smooth.The atmosphere is pretty relaxing for guests and is a nice place to just kick back and enjoy your meal.The service is top tier because the employees pay attention to what you are telling them and take the time to confirm your order and then reconfirm to solidify they're getting it right.The find is always good because they use high-quality ingredients, and everything is always fresh.Dietary restrictions: I have a severe gluten intolerance, so being able to go to a place where I can get a loaded lettuce wrap is always amazing! I can build my unwich to my liking, and there are no issues at all.

Our sandwiches have been hit and miss up until recently. Now, they're awesome every single time due to getting the same killer delivery driver(not sure if he makes the sandwiches or just delivers). He's b@d@ss. Always in a good mood and the sandwiches are made exactly how we order them. So, a big thank you to that fella! (He's a long haired fella, so you know who I'm talking about)

FREAKY SLOW!!There are other JJ locations not too far away. Keep driving. I placed a mobile order, showed up 10 min later. They hadn't started my sandwich. 1 customer in store, 2 cars in drive thru. I waited another 20 min inside.

Ordered a Gargantuan and they charged me for a #12 Beach club. Ran down on my 30 minute break and didn't open it till back at work. On a positive note the sandwich was good.
