I call all the time and order a gargantuan for delivery and pay cash... Now Jimmy's won't take cash since they don't have drivers... QUIT relying on other delivery companies and hire some people! No cash orders/none of my business...

*Edit: submitted a complaint via JJs web site. Heard from the manager. He apologized, said the person on shift should have been able to help or at least credit to my JJ account. Said he would work with staff to better train them.
Admitted their delivery isn't what it use to be. He did credit my JJ account for the screwed up sandwich. Updated review to 3 stars.

Terrible service! Waited over 45 minutes to start my order then when I called made up excuses on why they were taking so long ! Never again will I order from this spot and nether should you. Now I have to wait days for a refund? Trash! If you don’t have drivers in the store that’s an issue of bad management and ownership. Do your job. Be a better owner and more present in your business!

As Muslims, we follow dietary guidelines that require us to eat Halal — which means food that is permissible according to Islam. This includes seafood like fish without claws, such as tuna, which we can enjoy freely. That’s why we visited Jimmy John’s to try their Tuna Fish sandwich, and we were not disappointed!
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we mentioned that we eat only Halal and were here specifically for the Tuna sandwich, they were genuinely curious and asked what Halal means. We appreciated that openness, and explained that Halal not only refers to the type of food but also how the animal is treated — it should be raised naturally and slaughtered humanely, with care and respect.
It was a great experience all around — the sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the team made us feel heard and respected. It’s small gestures like this that build bridges between communities. We’ll definitely be returning for more!

Not only is it not freaky fast anymore, it's not even fast. 40 minutes for a single sandwich & bag of chips. It doesn't even take that long to have a large, cooked pizza delivered.

Don’t order online from them. They are not fast delivery anymore nor do they deliver themselves. I ordered my food before my lunch and didn’t even get it until my lunch had five minutes left. When I called and asked what was going on the person wasn’t helpful or very sympathetic to the fact my lunch will be pretty much over by the time my food gets here. I won’t be eating from here anymore they are not fast or friendly delivery and that’s sad.
