So on the website jimmy johns says after 2 that you will get a free combo. But it's mis advertisment boise stores do not recognize it and will not honor it. When you use the mobile app and you patchouli do not get the deal. I'll go somewhere else now

Grabbed my husband lunch today (Fairview location). They hooked him up with a good amount of chicken in his wrap. There was plenty of extra dressing and parmesan on it as well! Staff isn't as friendly other locations but they got the job done. I will have to say that the store front was dirty. The floors by the soda machine were awful. My shoe got stuck to the ground. The floor was so tacky from all the soda spilling. It feels like the floors haven't been mopped in while.

I came to this Jimmy John’s with a catering order that I had prepared the night before. I unfortunately ordered it for the wrong day, so the sandwiches weren’t ready. Rather than telling me they couldn’t help me, or setting unrealistic expectations they had all of their team members immediately drop everything and make my sandwiches so I could make my event. I cannot express enough, how professional and appreciated this team is.

Trash employees, these low life's won't do a thing other meat on bread if you want any condiments, peppers, or veggies go to the other locations these employees are horrible
The lady with the braces moved to the end of the line and started finishing sandwiches where the sticker paper was all over the meat, then she cut the pickle into fourths and wiped the knife off on her apron which is extremely unsanitary.
