Absolutely horrible experience getting my food delivered. They made the sandwich and their driver forgot it. I called after an hour and they offered to remake it and deliver it. It took another 40 minutes to get my sandwich. In total it took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a sandwich. No compensation or refund was offered. Do better.

Very clean, very fast. And definitely dig the loud music. Customer service was alright.
Parking: Busy place on a small lot so be weary of the hangry customers trying to get to the drive thru line as you're backing out to leave.

What happened to being “freaky fast”? It took 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. I was waiting at the register to buy chips & no one was helping me. One employee asked another employee to ring me up & she rudely said “in a minute” & walked off. The lack of customer service & bad attitudes from the staff was disappointing. I tried one of the new Mediterranean wraps. It was so oily, I could barely eat it. Will not return to this location.
Jimmy John’s, the lightning fast sandwich maker… closes at 9:00PM, right? Came here to the lightning fast sandwich maker at 8:49 which shouldn’t be an issue for the lighting fast sandwich maker but the door was locked at 8:49 so we went to Los Betos ?? on Fairview

Had a very horrific experience at this location today. A young man was screaming at his employees in a very erratic way causing a huge seen. It made my experience there very uncomfortable, as this is my usual spot to grab food. I've experienced hostility from Landon there before, but not something like this. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this location anymore. ?

Friendly woman helped me prepare for catering my daughters birthday. Only downside was man, the bag of condiments was insanely large and over the top - will return that, but very helpful customer service, thank you!
