I started coming here for lunch at least once or twice I week. I fell in love with the Roast beef and Cheddar. I was trying to take it easy on carbs and one day asked for a roast beef and cheddar as an unwich and an ultimate Italian as well. The guy said he couldn’t toast them but he could make them. I was stoked! Thank you!
However, then today happened… I asked for the same thing again today. This guy told me no. It’s not being told no that gets me. It was the ridiculous attitude. He said they can’t do it. I told him they were able to get it done before but whatever. Then he snapped back with, “Not at this store!” Dude… I told him it actually was at this store and he went quiet for a bit. Then snapped back again with, “ anything else I can do for you!?”
I’m good haha. You go enjoy pretending to be CEO sandwich maker. God knows you won’t make it much further than that with your attitude. This place is no longer a lunch option for me. Thanks!

My boss and I ordered some lunch and it was delivered through uber. The uber lady took an hour and we never ended up getting our food. As soon as we called the store, they immediately made our order again and hand delivered it. Amazing service, thank you guys!

I am so disgusted right now. I went thru the drive thru, ordered a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Got home, sat down and took a bite. Guess what? Not chicken but tuna. So gross!! The kid at the window was rude. I have had issues at this location in the past. Now I will never return.

Slow service . Not a single customer there but me inside and out. Took a few minutes for them to even talk at the speaker. Then made probably the worst sandwich ive ever gotten from there. Half the ingredients weren't on there. It was basically a piece of turkey and break.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Jimmy John’s. I ordered my sandwich over 40 minutes ago, and when I called to ask what was going on, I was told they still haven’t found a DoorDash driver and that it could take another 30 to 40 minutes. The part that really blew my mind is that the employee straight up told me my sandwich has been sitting there the entire time, just waiting which means by the time it finally shows up, it’ll be completely soggy and disgusting. For a company that’s supposed to be “Freaky Fast,” this was anything but. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional to let food sit out that long while doing nothing to fix the situation or even offer a solution. If this is how they operate now, they need to change their slogan, because there’s nothing “freaky fast” about waiting over an hour for a soggy sandwich.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered from the Jimmy John’s on Overland and have been waiting over an hour for a single sandwich. They told me they don’t even have their own delivery drivers and are just waiting around for someone from Uber to show up and pick up my order. How does a place known for being “freaky fast” not have drivers? Completely ridiculous. My food has been sitting there getting soggy while they blame it on the delivery service. This location clearly has zero organization or urgency. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else this place is freaky slow.

Just ordered the new Sicilian pizza sandwich the worst sandwich I have ever ordered from here. Too much seasoning and the cheese was very chewy. I would not order again and I can’t eat the majority oh it.
