The food is always delicious. I've never had a wrong order here. My only complaint is the speed of service. Even if I'm the only person in the drive-through, it takes FOREVER to get my food. Don't even think about going during lunch, because you'll sit in the drive-through for at least 20-30 minutes.

I haven’t had Jimmy John’s since before COVID so I thought I’d give them a try. I ordered 2x BLT’s in the “Little Jimmy” size with a side pick, cookie, and their Jalapeño ranch.
The total was around $24 after delivery.
Will not be returning, from the quality of the bread (I believe it’s day old, definitely wasn’t fresh) to the sandwich having 1 piece of bacon, split in half, and an over abundance of lettuce and mayonnaise, with one tomato? That’s a bit of a stretch to call it a sandwich, especially being shy of $5.
We can’t even blame inflation on this, it’s the lack of will the employees have at that establishment, according to the reviews. If you’re looking for more of a bang for your buck, Subway is $5.99 currently and it’s a footlong, not a sandwich that’s smaller than the side pickle you ordered.

I regularly order from here and have never had a bad experience. Whether getting a sandwich delivered to my office nearby or swinging through the drive through for pick up, the order is always fast and accurate and staff are friendly. I do wish the app rewards were better but the local branch can’t control the corporate rewards. Great place!

I love Jimmy John's and this is the first time I was very frustrated by the service. Went to the drive thru and I was the only person at the time. No one was even in the parking lot. Placed my order and waited 15 min before the girl realized she didn't have my sandwich. Now, there was a line behind me and people in the lobby. I ended up going inside to get out of the drive thru line and went inside. The girl at the window hadn't told anyone I didn't have my sandwich. It was very frustrating. I have never been at this location and don't know if this is normal, but I wanted to communicate my frustration.
