I regularly order from here and have never had a bad experience. Whether getting a sandwich delivered to my office nearby or swinging through the drive through for pick up, the order is always fast and accurate and staff are friendly. I do wish the app rewards were better but the local branch can’t control the corporate rewards. Great place!

I love Jimmy John's and this is the first time I was very frustrated by the service. Went to the drive thru and I was the only person at the time. No one was even in the parking lot. Placed my order and waited 15 min before the girl realized she didn't have my sandwich. Now, there was a line behind me and people in the lobby. I ended up going inside to get out of the drive thru line and went inside. The girl at the window hadn't told anyone I didn't have my...

Used to be freaky fast. Now it's freaky slow. Takes 20 mins to make a couple basic sandwiches! It blows my mind how long it takes at this location. I could literally save time by driving across town to another JimmyJohn's
