They act like they don’t even want to be their tonight didn’t say a word to me as I ordered kinda disappointed I’ve been to many kb burritos and have never had a issue they are always amazing but this one for some reason we’re not friendly the food was ok but cold did have tea so that’s a plus

Wow was I impressed with this place, the food the staff and how quick the service was. If you have time to check them out I would definitely give them a try. Their options are not only healthy but delicious and taste way better than some other places in the area. I will be back for sure........

Pretty decent steak quesadilla, not top tier, but good, Nellys has the best quesadilla in the valley. But KB has very quick service, and meal was cooked professionally, and to satisfaction, shout out to the solo cook, taking orders, and cooking and everything else, you need a raise mate.

I was the only one in line on a Saturday night. I think they added a tip to my order even though I tipped in cash, $2 on a $13.x burrito yet my bill was $19.04. Should I call and and have the manager verify this or leave it be?

Unfortunately, we had a really terrible experience here. My daughter ordered a cheese enchilada, which turned out to be just soft tacos layered on top of a lukewarm filling with a side of cold beans, and my fish tacos smelled like week-old fish. I genuinely felt that the food might make us sick. We ended up throwing it all away, a waste of $30.

Outside of the food, the girl at the counter was rude. Very disappointing.

We were downtown late morning on a weekday and stopped in to share a burrito. Flavor and quality was excellent. They'd just opened, so maybe the grill wasn't at full operating temperature? Our burrito was warm on the outside and cool on the inside, not hot all the way through as we'd expected.

I tried this place in June when I was here for a convention and again when my husband and I were here for vacation in October. Everyone was polite and friendly and we enjoyed our burritos. We even came back another night for another burrito. They even made mine like I’m able to eat it.

One of my favorite places to eat. I have tried a variety of dishes and enjoyed them all. Great for lunch or dinner. Great salads, great tacos, quesadillas ,great burritos!

Honestly, I thought the food was just OK. It could use a bit more salt, but I’m very grateful they have vegan/vegetarian options. What I want to compliment about this location is the staff. Everyone here seems to be in a good mood, Happy to work, and very friendly. I also find that some of the food locations in the warehouse can be a bit grim, people just don’t want to be there It seems like. But this team seems very joyous and passionate about their work. It really makes all the difference! Shout out to the crew 6/23/2024!

You can tell there is love and passion put into this food. We had the Boise Burrito- and chips and salsa. The ingredients are super fresh and they are not skimpy on the salmon
