Incapable of filling your drive thru order correctly! However they do know how to charge you for food you order but don't receive! Twice in a row now. My fault for not checking my order after being dismissed. Not going to be rushed away again.
I’m not exaggerating when I say the federal way kfc has never got my order right. I don’t know what kind of people they hire but they give consistent poor service.
