As I sat waiting for my order, I watched a guy wipe his nose with his bare hands multiple times then handeling food containers, cough into one of his hands then grab another food container and place it into a bag. Needless to say I asked for a full refund after talking to a manager and explained the situation. If I could I would not give any stars.

Went to this location for the convenience of proximity to my home and I received flat soda, dry chicken and hairs in my food, and they didn’t give me the large fry I ordered. As someone who worked at KFC for 5 years, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with the company. Most definitely will not be coming back.

I ordered online before going to this KFC, thinking my food should be ready when I got there. When I got there, a young lady was busy and I have to wait for about 5 min. She said they didn't receive my order. I waited for another 10 min and asked an old lady for my food. I showed her my receipt and she confirmed the address is right, but she can't do anything since they didn't receive my order. I asked her to find out what happened to my order. She keep on saying there is nothing she can do. After some time, she checked under the counter and found my food at the place where online orders are located. I wonder why both ladies didn't check there first but kept on saying they didn't receive my order. I think the young lady put my food in a bag but refuse to give it to me for some reason.

Employees totally ignored customer we were the only people in.thete and our simple order took 20 minutes very poor service and dirty store

I ordered an 8 piece dark chicken bucket and an order or steak fries. We only received 7 pieces of chicken and only about 6 fries in the container. We were completely ripped off. I’m extremely disappointed as it was a simple order and we did not get what we paid for.

Usually good I know it’s not going to blow your socks off but they definitely need to change their oil chicken did not taste right kinda fishy. Service was very good and efficient just change the oil

Lady at the front register was incredibly rude. She seemed angry that we were even in the restaurant at all. Terrible experience with the customer service. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Employees are completely unfriendly and treat you as if you’re an inconvenience for coming in. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times. Both drive thru and lobby. The treatment you receive is the same, every time. Won’t be returning.

I ordered online pick up that was 25 minutes over the estimated wait time. There were also a few annoyed customers waiting in front of me. One gentleman there who ordered food at the counter waited 20 minutes there and annoyed at the delay. Once he received his food and went to eat, he brought it back immediately asking for a refund because his food was dry and tough. That made me a little nervous with my order. I picked up my order and took it home to eat and my food was also very dry and tough. And I mean everything was dry and tough. From the fried chicken, to the sides, as well as the biscuits. I was almost impressed at how bad everything was.
