I have been going to KFC for years, but I won't be going to the Federal WAY location ever again. The restaurant is dirty,flies everywhere, employees disregarding food safety and the chicken was so overcooked it was difficult to eat. Hard and dry. I like extra crispy but this was ridiculous. For an added bonus I found a hair at the bottom of the to go container. I have never left a bad review before, even when it was probably warranted but this was RIDICULOUS. Definitely not the KFC standard I'm accustomed to. I won't go back to this location again.

Ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, and one original. After being told it would be a 6 minute wait, we waited over 15 minutes. Upon arriving home we opened the sandwiches to find that KFC must be on a sauce shortage, because the amount of sauce on all 4 sandwiches was a joke. A nickel-sized 'dollop' of sauce that fit in one bite.

I ordered chicken tenders and potatoes and corn. Everything was flat like it had no seasoning AT ALL. Didn’t even taste like kfc. The corn was brown and chewy like it was days old and over cooked. Worst experience with kfc I’ve ever had, and it cost me 43.00!!! I ended up throwing it away… won’t be back.

This is the lowest rating I've ever given any food place ever. I wish I would have known how terrible this place was in advance. I love KFC and am really sad and disappointed by my experience today at this location. You can tell the workers there don't know what they're doing. They need tons of training still. Not sure about the manager. However, the drive-thru line took forever this evening when I pulled up and ordered. They kept asking the same question telling me to please hold and then re-asking the same question over and over and over again. Once I pulled up they apparently charged me for the wrong order. After they found that out they tried to get the manager to refund me which isn't bad except that I had to sit there and wait in the line for over 10 minutes while cars kept piling up behind me. Only to be refunded a couple cents? That makes no sense! Once I tasted my food it was infuriating. The biscuit was terrible. Completely rock hard. Couldn't even bite into it. I only ended up getting one piece of chicken even though I ordered two. The mashed potatoes side was the only good thing about my order. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. I hope they really figure it out there or should probably shut down.

stopped here to get my kids the 4.99 deal. asked the lady to swap out the side for mac and cheese. she asked me 3 tines mac and cheese right. I said yes. I then ordered a mashed potato bowl. paid for my food and realized they did bot give me my bowl. I went in to get my food and the lady who was helping me was like are you sure you didn't get it because my boss and I remember making it. I told her 3 times that I did not get it and I would go get the bag that I was handed. she said no and then was whispering to her boss and after 5 minutes of this she finally made my a new bowl. then I get home they shorted me a piece of chicken in each meal and I did not receive the mac and cheese in any of the meals. it wouldn't be such a big deal but when I was asked 3 times for mac and cheese and still got it wrong on top of the fact that you were accusing me about the kfc bowl is just frustrating. we all have our days but damn lol.

Restaurant was very clean, unfortunately that was the only good thing. It was very disappointing to be at a KFC/A&W and have the root beer not working. I originally ordered Nashville hot nuggets only to find out after paying, that they didn’t have those or the shirracha ,I felt like the new saucy nuggets (honey mustard style) tasted pretty weird. Just all in all a bad experience
Service was great. Not to busy. Easy in and out parking. Food was great. Seating area small but not many dine in guest so was all good. Would definitely go again.

Normally KFC ranks really high on my list. But this particular location needs some major help. First when I was handed my drink in the drive through, it was so full, and the lid not completely on, it spilt all over me. The gal at the window watched the entire thing. When I asked for napkins to clean it up, she didn't apologize and only asked if I wanted a refill. No concern that her lack of care made a mess of me and my car.My chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked. Fried were old and overcooked as well.I will continue to frequent KFC but not this location.
