Forgotten in the drive through after being acknowledged and told to wait with no order taken for minutes, was given smaller quantities of food to other KFC's and chicken restaurants such as Popeyes. The mixture of syrup in the drink I recieved was noticeably off. I love fast food and eat it way more than I should, and this KFC had recieved the last dollar they'll ever get from my wallet.

Went through the drive through, ordered my order as normal through the speaker, the guy taking my order was extremely rude and aggressive, I told him I didn't appreciate the hostility, it was quiet for about 2 full minutes, then this guy in restaurant uniform walked up to my vehicle and started being aggressive wanting me to get out of my vehicle for what I took it as an invite to a fight, I laughed it off turned his attitude around, he told me the guy he's working with (Ceasar) don't speak a lick of English, only speaks spanish and that he's having a bad night, get up to the window to pay for my food, it's Ceasar, he spoke very good English, in fact he didn't speak a lick of Spanish at all, he told told me his Manager Joe has been a horrible Manager and he was sorry for the service, we laughed it all and told him don't worry Ceasar I'll give you a good review for being such great character in dealing with that and still giving service with a smile...Shout out to you Ceasar, Shame on you Joe The Manager, you should be fired and never be allowed to work with public, EVER....1 star Joe, 5 stars Ceasar...

Took my kids here after class on Wednesday. Took forever to even get our order in and even longer to recieve the food. They did not have any of the product that we ordered so had to settle with what was available. The chicken was dry and rubbery. In addition, there was sort of plastic filament in my son's coleslaw. Needless to say we will not be eating here again.
The food is really fresh. And the people are very nice. I'm happy with this restaurant.

The workers here do not care about h There jobs. Beginning of August I came to this location and the chicken was soggy from sitting in Greece all day and they still served it to me. I tried again a few weeks later craving some of there Mashed potatoes and gravy and ended up with burnt gravy and Mashed potatoes that were so dry they were inedible. Now today I try to give the workers there one more chance and he hands me a crumbled bag in the drive through with no spoon or napkins and slammed the window shut when I tried to ask for one. Itocing there wasn't one. Your employees all need fired or retrained to take pride in their work. Saddest part of all of this is they are all 25 and up, and can't perform simple tasks let alone cook something that tastes decent
