carol was so nice this evening, my grandbabies were hungry, and I totally spaced on my wallet with my $100 bill, but luckily she gave us a senior discount and my grandbabies got the 5 piece nugs instead of the 3 piece nugs. Thanks again for dinner! we will definitely get the party bucket next time for our family even! We sure do love finger licken good chicken!!!!!

The female in the drive thru taking our order and processing our payment was very rude and unprofessional. Had to repeat our order several times. And when we got to the window, she seemed inconvenienced when we had coupons we wanted to use. Even before we showed her we had them. It was not busy whatsoever, and we were the only car. Very negative experience.

Ordered a simple family 12p w/ Mac and cheese, fries and potatoes and gravy. Got to the window they gave me a four piece and little sides dishes, then went back told them they got the order wrong and they fixed my order I paid the difference just for them to come out with the wrong stuff again and asked for a handful of ranch with my family meal and got two ranches… !!!! Unbelievable…

Horrible and disappointing. Messed up my order and took 20 minutes for just counting fried chickens. They forgot to put ice in a cold drink and chickens were broken up in the box. No answer to phone call. They need to train employees more and teach them how to read the order sheets. “Fast food” is cheap and fast but they are doing opposite things.

Ordered a 12 piece meal in the drive thru and we were shorted 2 pieces ( 1 breast and 1 wing) didn't notice until we went to eat the leftovers the next day for lunch. Also the lady taking the order wasn't the friendliest.

We don't have this in my hometown, so I was excited to try A&W meal (corn dog specially) I order a hamburger combo and it was just sloppy and had so much sauce that it looks like they were just being rude. Which the lady taking my order was extremely rude. She shouldn't be in customer service. BTW this was on 9/12 @1p
Then no corn dog (sad) but I do understand not getting a shipment in. What I don't understand is treating your customers with respect. I would avoid this place their service is terrible.

Honestly not sure why we gave this store another chance. We ordered a couple combo meals. One of the entrees was completely missing. The potato wedges were overcooked to the point of being nearly rock hard.

Attempted to call them about this after getting home and either get a busy signal, or it just rings endlessly. Had to drive there again just to get a resolution.

One of the worst fast food experiences I've had in recent memory and will not be coming back to this location again.

Marked online order as ready. Waited 20 minutes after we got there to receive our order because it wasn't ready at all. They were short staff and the manager was yelling at a staff member and not handling any situation well.

Forgot my gravy in my Uber order, double checked and I did order gravy. Being Uber, I didn't bother to call because I can't drive in, and theres really no solution. Please check the orders better. Dry mashed potatoes are not the comfort food I ordered

Forgotten in the drive through after being acknowledged and told to wait with no order taken for minutes, was given smaller quantities of food to other KFC's and chicken restaurants such as Popeyes. The mixture of syrup in the drink I recieved was noticeably off. I love fast food and eat it way more than I should, and this KFC had recieved the last dollar they'll ever get from my wallet.

Went through the drive through, ordered my order as normal through the speaker, the guy taking my order was extremely rude and aggressive, I told him I didn't appreciate the hostility, it was quiet for about 2 full minutes, then this guy in restaurant uniform walked up to my vehicle and started being aggressive wanting me to get out of my vehicle for what I took it as an invite to a fight, I laughed it off turned his attitude around, he told me the guy he's working with (Ceasar) don't speak a lick of English, only speaks spanish and that he's having a bad night, get up to the window to pay for my food, it's Ceasar, he spoke very good English, in fact he didn't speak a lick of Spanish at all, he told told me his Manager Joe has been a horrible Manager and he was sorry for the service, we laughed it all and told him don't worry Ceasar I'll give you a good review for being such great character in dealing with that and still giving service with a smile...Shout out to you Ceasar, Shame on you Joe The Manager, you should be fired and never be allowed to work with public, EVER....1 star Joe, 5 stars Ceasar...
