I ordered 5 chicken strips and there dry and look burnt so I showed the lady behind the counter. She said that's the oil and tough I am not getting u fresh. They will look like that cause of oil..I will never be back I couldn't even eat it. It's dry and the lady was completely rude.. then she saw me write this and changed her attitude and said I can make u a sandwich. But 10 minutes later. I was having lunch with my daughter. I thanked her. But why does it take me writing this. For it to be right. Ugghh.

When me and my mom walked into the place there are flies everywhere. And when we got our food the mash potatoes were hard and frozen cold. And my mom's chicken strips were burnt and hard as a rock and she couldn't even pull them apart!!. We went up to the counter and asked if we could have new ones and the lady said they aren't burt and it's how they are made. I'm telling you that is not right. They never look like that!! It's absolutely disgusting.

Fried chicken is awesome. Mashed potatoes and biscuits are okay.Parking: There are free parking spaces for pickup and dine-in on the west side of the restaurant.

I don't normally eat at fast food places but my 80 year old dad wanted KFC. His 3 piece meal evidently included a pigeon wing. C'mon now, this isn't right, especially for someone on a fixed income. He paid $12 for this nonsense.

Food was KFC a little scared to know if the kitchen area is clean considering the dining area was a mess. Not one clean table and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Employees acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order.plus they were making our food in dirty coats and dirty torn up jeans.

The food is what you expect from KFC. The staff however made it evidently clear that they don't enjoy their jobs and care more about taking than caring for their customers. I was shocked how annoyed the drive thru guy was that I had simply driven through, but maybe he was having a bad day.
Service was good lady was nice, rang up an extra meal and she had to take it off because we didn't order it, my French fries were not all there, over half missing, and a piece of hair was on one of the French

First things first, the good:Food was correct and was at least warm. Tasted good when reheated at home.The not so good:Ordered on the app thinking to get ahead of the slower service that is inherent with KFC. Took 30 minutes to get the order once done, though the order had been sitting for a while before they remembered my order belonged to me.The drive thru speaker needs replacing in the worst kind of way. Unable to hear the folks inside and they can't seem to hear us all that well either.The restaurant was dirty at most of the tables. Not sure what's going on but they seem to be staffed.Please bear in mind that the folks were polite but definitely did not seem to have it all together. I hope to re do this review in a few months with better things to say but won't be using the app any time soon ( folks that came in and ordered left with their food before I did) and worried if the front of house is this bad how the back of house is doing.

So my taste buds fell in love with the pot pie at KFC. Called this evening to find out why it is no longer on the menu. I was told "that is no longer worth it to the company". What, giving the customer what they like isn't "worth it"? Come on KFC, you are going downhill fast! The colonel would be ashamed! Still like their chicken and cole slaw.
