Ordered in the drive-through, it took 30 minutes for the food to be made. Once we got the food, they forgot half of our order. We have been here multiple times, and it happens all the time.

It is so bad I want to give it a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a one….this place is really the definition of gross!! The chicken barely had any coating, the nuggets were chewy, we didn't get the sauces, the fries were old and cold!!! We called the KFC 1-800 number (and the store) and they were both just dismissive! They tried to blame it on DoorDash, but it only took them 6 minutes to deliver the crap! They just DON'T CARE!! We will NEVER eat at KFC again!!!!!!

Should have read the reviews. This place has gone way down hill. Waited 37 minutes in the drive through for a 3 piece meal. This is not sustainable folks. I know chicken is hard but Chik fil a figured it out, KFC better wake up.

Last time I came in and ordered chicken strips and I got the oldest most discolored strips that were very dried out. Decided to give them another shot tonight and somehow they were out of chicken strips at 6:00 p.m. and they told me it would be a 30-minute wait. You guys fry two things, chicken and chicken strips, you should never be out of either of them.

Disappointed. Not sure why we pull around to the front of the building with no other car in the drive thru and then get home (7minute drive) with chicken tenders and fries which were clearly cooked hours ago. I won't be spending another $15 on food at this location again. ?
The girl taking my order made me repeat it 3 times because she was distracted by the boys working in the background. I ordered a 3 piece meal with Pepsi and extra biscuit. Had me pull around to front and never given my Pepsi, extra biscuit, sauce, or napkins. I had to ask again for my drink and biscuit. Never brought my biscuit and I was frustrated with the kids working at this point. My chicken was so dry I couldn’t even eat it. Then I checked my bank account and I was charged $17, not $11 and some change like I should have been. Literally the WORST service and food I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

15 minute wait for chicken sandwich and fries. And once I finally got it, the fries were cold. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. My soda was a third from the top. Definitely would avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Yesterday I know it was a holiday, but when we received our chicken ,original recipe it was so hard and dry it was barley edible. A few weeks ago I ordered the same thing and it was amazing. Now I just have a bad taste in my mouth.

After a 12 minute wait, the big girl Sarah with the ink sleeves finally walked out and gave us the wrong order. When explained to her inside, she just nodded with a grunt. I felt as if nothing would be fixed, so immediately asked for a refund. Will not be coming back. We went to BK. They got a 5 star review.
