The restaurant was still open but refused to make our order because they “only have 10 minutes until we close.” If you’re open then have your menu available. Lazy lazy lazy!!!! Why do ya’ll stay open until 9 if you’re not willing to serve your customers?!?!?!

For KFC, these guys do ok. The chicken is average. Sometimes they take too long to process your order. There is a drive through if you'd like that.
Place was horrible. Went to order out and they said there was no chicken, while the person behind us got their chicken. The other KFCs are not like that! Highly recommend to not go to this KFC, the other KFCs are better!!

Want to give a shout out to Austin. He did his best helping everyone as quickly as he could and how understaffed they always seem to be, he managed to make everyone happy. The food was a little cold but always great tasting. The lobby could've used some cleaning and stalking as well, but again, I think there was only 3 people working on a Friday night.

Every single time I come to drive thru I have to wait out front, no matter the time of day or what I order. Typical wait time from payment to in my hands is 15-20 minutes.

I ordered my food had to wait out front which is not a big deal, then the guy came out with like 4 bags of food going from car to car...asking what people ordered...when I got my order it was cold...ugh. next time give us a number or something so you know what car ordered what...

On 3/4/24 ordered10 pc bucket, slaw, potatoes/gravy, biscuits. Got sack to go. Left.Got no biscuits, no tools, no napkins, no receipt.Food was good.POOR service performance AGAIN.

I wanted to give a 5 star review when I saw the white bored talking about needing 3.5 stars or higher… but sadly I can’t do that. The 3 working just ignored us while they had a conversation in the back, all noticing that we were there but didn’t say one minute or acknowledge us. Also. None of there were wearing hair nets especially the girl with red hair? Her hair was down and not in a net preparing food. That’s pretty gross. Do better

Went to the drive thru on Sun (Oct 15th) at 12:53The cashier was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I was asked to pull around to the other side of the building to wait for food, which I did - it took 15 min before the food was brought out. With it taking that much time I was thinking it would be fresh and hot, not the case... the fries were old, stale and cold! Very disappointed.
