No menu or prices, $20 for a 6 wine tasting. I had two 4oz glasses of what he recommended and after all the “fees” came out to $30 before tip. Definitely pricey considering the quality of the wine. I wouldn’t recommend unless going for a tasting

Ever since moving back to Boise two years ago, I’ve been searching for a wine bar with this kind of atmosphere, unique wine selections, and top-notch service—and I finally found it. The owner was incredibly friendly and passionate and dedicated to creating an amazing experience for every guest. Every wine he poured during our tasting was exceptional, and I can’t wait to come back with more friends. This place is officially my go-to spot—so excited for my next visit!

Let me preface this by saying I am not one to normally write up a review… But our experience last night at Les Bois was so superb, that I feel it is an injustice to not proclaim the good word about this establishment. Without a doubt, the owner Ben is the heart and soul of this wine program. Quick witted, well versed in the wine knowledge, and just an overall joy to listen to. The people in my group kept saying we should put a microphone on him and just record everything he says. He is so passionate and interesting to listen to. He served us two fantastic bottles of wine. There’s no wine menu. He simply asked what we liked and he conjured up the perfect bottles. The cheese platter was scrumptious as well with generous portions. Overall, a great value and very memorable experience. Good vibes all around!

I first walked into Les Bois Wines with my best friend in November 2022. In introduced myself to Ben by first name and we got to chatting throughout the night. I was in town for a job interview. Well, 2 months later, I accepted the offer and moved to Boise. After settling in, I walked back into Les Bois Wines and Ben recognized both me and my best friend again and called out to us by our first names.
That is the level of dedication and service Ben brings to his customers and family at Les Bois Wines. Besides that, Ben is incredibly knowledgeable about wines from all over the world and brings the most charismatic energy to his wine bar every single time you walk through that door.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly my favorite place in ALL of downtown Boise.
