We were greeted by a friendly hostess when we walked in the door and our table was ready. Our waitress showed up promptly and was also very friendly. I ordered the 8 ounce barrel steak and it was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I love the salad bar! We will be coming back.
You must have reservations for dinner.
The food and service was excellent. It was just too loud in there for me. The bar had a band and the sound was overwhelming.
Took too long for my steak to show up. When it finally did it wasn't that good! Especially for the price
This is a Boise staple, always a pleasure. Love the salad bar, the service was fantastic, and we had a fantastic time.
Their prime rib has been my husband's favorite for years, and their Sunday night special brought us in this time.
Awesome food and service. Krista was great and I think this will become a regular spot. Live music and the beef was excellent. I had the brochette (sirloin and shrimp) and my husband had the prime rib. Portions were big. Great value and quality.
I want to start with something positive- service was great and the dinner rolls were good Sad to give this review obviously others have not had the same experience with the high ratings they have received. The Crab artichoke dip - not even sure that is what we received / it was barely warm cream cheese in a dish with some brown substance( I assume crab) on top with what looked like shaved slices of cheese on top. Did not see or taste an artichoke but I only ate a couple bites because it was close to one of the worst appetizers I've ever had. Salad bar - iceberg lettuce low budget toppings overly salted soups . The salad dressings were not bad. Filet- basic and well cooked Mashed potatoes were good Crème brûlée was very good Cow pie was not great - I asked if similar to mud pie and I guess because it had choc sauce and whipped cream it was, but ice cream not very mocha tasting and overall not great Definitely would not choose to return
GREAT Sazerac, quite possibly the BEST I've ever had! Tremendous salad, the scallops & risotto appetizer could've been a meal unto itself, it was that good! Our Server, Analise, was fantastic!

The salmon salad & mango salmon plank dinner were delicious. Salmon moist & flaky. The steaks were cooked as ordered. & Baked potatoes had crispy outsides & were fluffy inside. Waiter was attentive but not intrusive.
Terrible steaks for the price. medium rare was more like rare zero salt for my ribeye . crab over the filet mignon was full of fillers and over cooked steak.
Great food, great staff, great happy hour!
