To start with the salad bar is key, but you must watch that you don't overindulge for your entree. Had the NY steak. Nothing like a Double R Ranch steak to entice your tastebuds. How can you not get the loaded baked potato? It's Idaho! Cocktail, a Maker's ManHat, as usual, made to perfection. Lock, Stock and Barrel roll yourself out the door until next time. LSB should be a staple on your Boise culinary list.

Prime rib cooked to perfection! Both potato dishes delicious. Salad bar unbeatable. House wine was good too. Very special anniversary dinner!!

We dined here last night. We were seated in the balcony area and it was lovely and felt very private. Our server provided us with good ideas regarding the different meals and drinks. The food was outstanding, as was the strawberry mojito they created for me.

Three in our party and we were seated in a spacious corner booth. Ordered prime rib and 2 bleu cheese sirloin steak salads. Food was very good. Moved to the lounge for drinks and the music by Spencer Batt. Very enjoyable!

The food was mediocre. Way too loud, the music sounded as if it was going to commence then stop and start. The atmosphere was very loud and the table we were seated at was about the size of a cardboard box. Not enough room for our water, cocktails, bread, salad, and appetizer. The food was cold but our bill was adjusted which was great! All in all not what we expected and unfortunately we won't be returning.

I was a waitress for 10 years. So I know how good service is supposed to look. (This wasn't it) We arrived at 445. Website says place opens at 4. A couple In before us had same issue. Was informed place doesn't actually open till 5 but if we sat in lounge we would be served right away with at least drinks and appetizers. We had a long day so we decided to sit down and get started in the lounge vs waiting 15 minutes. The bar tender/server completely ignored us. No greeting, no I'll be right with you. No acknowledgment that we were even sitting in her section. But man, she was just chit chatting away with employees occasionally looking over at us with a look like she has no intention of coming over to help us. We waited 10 minutes of being ignored before we went to host stand to be sat in the main dining area. THAT SERVICE WAS GREAT. For me and hubby we paid $180. I ordered medium steak. It was med rare. I ate it and didn't complain. We went to Texas Roadhouse on Friday and my food was more satisfying than this...... hubby was very happy with his king crab legs. I usually wouldn't even complain but as a former server/manager for the service industry I'd want to know if my employees treated customers this was. It was rude behavior to treat customers like they are a burden.

Fine dining prices for mediocre food, Underwhelmed!! Don't eat here if you are looking for Ruth's Chris type food. This is like a Sizzler.

We had a party of 4 and our food and service were excellent. I alway have a potato as a side, so this time I tried the french fries They were cooked perfectly as was my medium-rare steak. Please tell the chef how much we enjoyed our dinner. You are one of our favorite restaruants.
