Great restaurant. Have been there several times for business dinners.The bacon wrapped scallops are good.Dessert is ok. Bread pudding is unique and tastes best warm.Soup and salad bar is versatile.Parking: They have a few parking spots, but I usually end up getting the street parking.

All of our meals came from the kitchen cold. The king crab was old, soft hollow shells, and had a fishy taste. The baked potatoes were under cooked and cold. The salad bar was fabulous! I think the kitchen was having a bad night.
We enjoyed taking our friends to LS & B for their first experience there. The food was exceptional, especially the cedar plank salmon. Michael provided us with excellent service, served with a side of appropriate humor and fun! It's hard for us to find a place with a low noise level. It wasn't too bad last night. Not so fast. Potential but one steak ordered medium well was rare at table. Yes rare and sent back. Birthday too. Other steak with crusted horseradish sauce was just raw bread crumbs and horsey sauce poured on it. Cook fine. Idea failed as no crust. Ate anyway.

We sat upstairs and it was cozy and quiet- perfect for a visit with Friends over an excellent meal. Amazing value on an excellent Walla Walla cab, the steak Oscar was incredible. Service was outstanding! If you are looking for a classic steakhouse experience- old school Boise, book a table at Lock, Stock and Barrel- you will have a great meal and a great time!
I booked a reservation a few days ahead for 5 adults and 1 baby and requested a highchair in my reservation. We were crammed into a table for 4 people. My ribeye steak was way too fatty even for the cut and was quite a bit undercooked. I love LSB and has been the only time I have ever been disappointed in going there regularly for over 30 years.

The appetizers were excellent!!! Had scallops and steamers. Salad bar was nice and very fresh. Unfortunately the rib eye steak was very very bland no flavor and tough. We wet so excited after appetizers but the main dish was a huge disappointment
