Great food. Humble people selling superstar Carne Asada! You won’t regret it.

Best quesabirria tacos! This was my first time coming here and definitely not the last. The birria was SUPER flavorful and the consome was the cherry on top. I purchased a birria quesadilla for my daughter, she is very picky, and she ate almost all of it. She said it was very yummy. Can’t wait to go back and get some more!

Lolita is amazing, s I'm from Mexico, and I can say that I felt at home, her tacos are so good, I ate my first torta after I left Mexico a year ago and it was pretty good, salsas were very good, especially the habanero one, the rice is excellent, just perfect.

The tacos are just very meh, they lack flavor. Like the only seasoning they get is the hot sauce you add. And price fir the portions is kinda meh

Yo for 9 dollars you get a big tasty burrito. Quality ingredients but not an amazing depth of flavor. A great lunch spot for sure.

All in all I'd say it's a solid 4.4, almost 5 stars. They have a good selection, good pricing, great service and quite a few seats for a taco truck. They even have a covered area with a few tables in it and a table outside to enjoy the day.All tacos were good. The pork both Adobada and Carnitas were very yummy. If I was only going to grab 4 tacos I would probably go 2 & 2. The Quesabirria and Lengua were also very good, those would be the 5th and 6th. Asada was not bad, just basic, fairly normal for Taco places in the Valley. They had a green salsa that was very mild, but also not too flavorful. The red was good and the orange habanero salsa was what brought the asada to life. Very close to 5 ⭐️, just needs a little more to get it there.

Amazing tacos! The quesabirria tacos are to die for. Al pastor and carnitas are also great. Nothing here is bad! The crew running the truck are always friendly and attentive. They have a few tables in a covered area to get you out of cold or inclement weather. Me and some co workers have been coming here for lunch consistently for about 2 years and it's a weekly tradition. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

If you haven't been you've been missing some of Boise's best beans. I always order the vegetarian burrito. You won't miss the meat. It comes with guacamole so I add sour cream. It's huge and under 9$ it's a great deal. I usually can't eat a whole burrito. My favorite Mexican in Boise!

Best place to get tacos or burritos in Boise. Lolitas is the best and most authentic place to get Mexican food in our area. Small staff, nice staff, quick to boot, and they'll remember you! I recommend the lengua (cow tongue) tacos or burrito, it'll change your life.

Recently visited their food truck. What a disappointment. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger had 1 small strip of bacon on it. They used to fresh cut their fries . Now "due to supply issues" they are using frozen crinkle cut. Not even good ones. We are in Idaho. There is no shortage of fresh potatoes here, I assure you. They are cutting corners to save money and their product is suffering. I will not be eating here again. There are better burgers and fries in the valley.
