This place seriously rocks! Small and family-run, with a wide line-up of interesting flavors. We got the flight and tried them all — so many delicious and unexpected combinations. Our kids had a blast playing with the owner's kids, and it was super fun to meet Carissa (one of the owners) and hear all about their five-year journey to where they are today. Definitely worth a visit!

Wasn't sure about ciders as I usually drink whiskey and beer. They have a great variety that taste excellent, and the owners are very knowledgeable. Definitely stop by if you get a chance.

My husband and I headed here after taking a peek at the Basque festival and we were not disapointed. I had the Lavender Honey Cider and my husband had the PB&J Cider and a taster of the Blue Agave Cider and all were delicious. The service and location was great as well. They offer food from Smoke and Thyme that we did not take advantage of this time, but will in the future. we look forward to coming back to try more.

What a great variety of ciders. One's that included infusion of BlackBerry, strawberry, blood orange, etc. Varying from sweet to semi-dry. Had the flight of all 8, all really goes. They were having a science night, the second Tuesday of each month. This month was a great discussion on natural weather disasters over the last few years, by a member of NOAA. They offered a food menu from Smoke & Thyme. They could ring up your cider and food, which was a nice convenience. Had the steelhead salad with fresh smoked salmon, strawberries, blueberries, pickled onions, feta, and bacon. Also had the white dog fries which are topped with bacon and a cheesy white gravy.

A selection of truly excellent ciders catering all flavours on the sweet/dry spectrum. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the gourmet food truck outside has some of the best food in Boise! Longdrop also hosts loads of events from LEGO night to Science Cafe, and they have special offers and promotions nearly every day.

Good cider. No, wait. Damn good cider. There, that's better. I like the coffee one and I dont even like coffee. That's how good it is. The tea cider is also good but I like tea so that's to be expected I guess.

Business meeting with great cider as a backdrop. Had the Northwest Crisp a very pleasant taste
Literally probably the nicest people ever. And the ciders are good too. I've tried ciders all over the country and theirs definitely hit top five. Their small batch ciders and unusual flavors are amazing for the beer drinker or cider connoisseur alike. 10 out of 10 would come here almost every night.

Best cider I've had. Smooth, not too sweet, and dangerously easy to drink.
